Ответитьgreat workout ...though i could only do 26 mins of it as i pulled my neck muscle during the workout..
i will surely donit.agaun until my body gets used to it.
There were no transitions, no call outs for next exercise and no illustrations of each exercise prior to doing it. I understand your desire for rapid pacing. However this was too disjointed to follow unless you’ve done it multiple times. I’m a long time veteran to exercise but new to your channel and unfortunately I won’t be back.

ОтветитьThe amount of ads makes it very difficult. You constantly have to get out of your exercise movement to skip them. Very frustrating.

ОтветитьI think this is more of a cardio workout vs strength. Ladies in 40,50,60 and beyond watch your heart rate to stay within healthy range.

ОтветитьI just did this workout.. i hated every bit of it.. she doesn’t even give 10 seconds to transition in between the moves. She does all the moves so fast and without break tht it gets tough to maintain proper form! Utterly disappointed 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻..This is the first time tht i have tried her workout and after today i guess this will be the last time tht i do her workouts
