Wow this fits so well! Before I learned I was a generator, learning about the Enneagram I found that I’m a 9w1 (SP), and my E number and my Human Design type really fit together.

What manifestation techniques do you think is best for a generator?

I appreciate you mentioning how Generators were recruited by Manifestors in the olden days to do the work and build society but now we have the freedom to work on things we're passionate about. I find others who talk about Human Design simplify Generators to work rats for everyone else and it made me feel discouraged on being a Generator.

I've just recently been made aware of Human Design. I'm a generator. It's funny how you said that people must ask for the energy. I remember having a conversation with my wife years ago and telling her, "I wish there was a job or position where I could just make things better." As if I could come in to any given project and be like, change that, adjust that, enhance this...That perfectly fits with this generator type.

I love this and it makes so much more sense of why I need to allow things to come to me, go with the flow, and have patience💕‼️

Amongst my post-grad depression/confusion, I found you. I’m 23 years old 6/2 generator. Not really into astrology but Capricorn sun, Pisces rising & moon. All my life I’ve been looking for my “super power” and I don’t know ! I graduated with double majors in Global Health & Psychology with Specialization in Human Health, but I realized I absolutely hate healthcare (tho the paycheq is fat) where I’m contained in a clinic for 8 hours a day with no freedom to live my life. Now just finding out that it’s just not in me by default. I’ve also explored a few other industries which none of them made it past 1 month before I resigned. I began to think the problem is me and beating myself up feeling “behind” on life compared to my peers. It’s so crazy that everything you’ve said in the video is true, I recall being told what I do is cool but I have no idea what I did. Also the patience part, couldn’t be more accurate. I act on impulse, and wants result immediately which never happened, career & relationship wise. I hope my experience helps another person similar to me to see that they are not alone.

As a manifesting generator, would it also help me to watch videos about info on manifestors as well?

How to tell if you're a specific or non specific generator

This is crazy. I cannot do any job despite the pay. It needs to make me feel good. Whenever I take jobs just for the sake. I become miserable, frustrated, at myself and life. I'm this way even in friending people.

Yes, this actually does resonate with me. I’ve always been a waiter and that has caused problems in my relationships. For example, a partner I was living with wanted me to get a job and was mad that I wasn’t looking. I said that I was just waiting for the right opportunity to come to me and that made them more mad and they would say that it’s not going to just come to me. We ended up breaking up almost exactly when that opportunity came to me.

I found out I’m a generator today and I just feel cringe. I hate working, so being called a "builder" or "worker" is the opposite of what I want. This is so confusing.

I about cried when you said that we are not fulfilled unless we are doing what we love. I’ve been screaming for years that I hate the line of work I’m in but the money is good. Everyone says I’m crazy for thinking but I feel it in my core I should be doing something else.

I just learned about being a generator. I'm also a Taurus with strong Capricorn/Saturn so this doesn't surprise me. I've always wanted to be my own boss and am a writer.

Okay so I'm confused. I get that whatever I'm supposed to do will simply come to me, but how am I supposed to follow my passions and the things that I enjoy if I don't initiate and do them?

No wonder I can be dressed like I just got off from work and shopping and people ask me for things as if I work at that store. I’ll have a whole cart and with AirPods in one ear and people will still ask me for help. I hate this so much when I am not in a mood to talk and people come up to me.
