Should You Create an LLC Holding Company?

im looking to start a holding llc holding company under my corporation

ive had my corporation at least two years. i just made that into a holding company and formed an LLC

Can I just get a bunch of shell companies

Can the person who owns the Holding company also be a board member on one or multiple of the subsidiary companies? If yes can they be the sole board member OR does it half to be another person entirely for each subsidiary that is not an owner of the holding company?

I have an LLC and I'm in the process of creating another to be our trust. I hope I'm doing it right! I guess I'll find out!

Due to extreme cost and set up with no revenue/profits yets, can I create 2 seperate dba's as XZY Services and Services by XZY to go under my recently registered XZY Enterprise LLC and then when things grow transfer the two dba's into two llc's?

What is the difference between having a holding company and simply having multiple businesses that are ran by managers?

First question: I am going to efile a new LLC in Florida as sub LLC. Where can I put holding LLC info into the form of Sub LLC? So when other people try to dig in Florida Sub LLC, they will find that I just an registered Agent and the sub LLC is hold by other LLC.
Second Question: If I have the existing LLC, how can I put the holding LLC into the article of the Organization of that existing LLC?
