I wish someone wouldve cared enough to bring me to a chiropractor when I was slouching in elementary school. Now at 19 I have to deal with constant back pain and horrible posture.

First of all, there should be no phone use during school, secondly, there are adjustable desk tops that you can add to the existing desk to use a computer/laptop/tablet. Stand for a while, and sit when you want. Great idea.

Just discovered your channel and I wish I had you when I was a kid ! I don’t know if it was my fault or not but I developed hyper kyphosis and as you explained my bones had stiffened and surgery was the only thing that could help me.
