Quick Update
The 4/8 way joystick I used for this build is the Ultimarc Mag-Stik Plus with the Ball Top handle.
And links to the button layout (and other button layouts) are in the description.
Thanks to everyone for Watching! 🤩
From junk to clutter you'll never interact with and will make your family hate you once you're gone for making it their problem now.
ОтветитьAmazing video sir
ОтветитьThis is absolutely incredible. I want to build mine based off of yours, because I love the rustic look. My idea is to make it 4 player (8 buttongs for each) and instead of a coin collector, I want to put in a mini fridge. I want to add a tracker ball and possibly 2 light guns as well. I haven't been able to read through all your comments, but do you by any chance have blueprints/plans on how you built this. Would love general dimensions. Maybe this can be your next inspiration ;)
ОтветитьBloody brilliant. I love how it's somehow both rustic and high-tech at the same time!
Ответитьawesome
ОтветитьThis is amazing!
ОтветитьI Loved your work on this arcade.
ОтветитьExcellent work! God bless you and yours praying for you
Ответитьprice per unit?? worldwide shipping??
ОтветитьGreat videos Jamie. Hope to see more.
ОтветитьThat edge banding was unexpected. Nice work 👍
Ответить4 way to 8 way switch.... so sick
ОтветитьMate, this is an absolute work of art 😍 have you considered making them to sell? There's quite a few people in Aus/NZ gamers FB gaming group intrrested in retro gaming
ОтветитьNothing greater than stumbling across a gem of a channel!❤
Ответитьparabens ficou lindo este arcade ,nota 10.
ОтветитьThats how you use pallet wood you don't repurpose pallets. you have zero clue where most have been whats been transported on them from hazardous waste to food either way buy wood
Ответитьcool
ОтветитьCan I have 2 tins of that hardwax oil lol
ОтветитьI’m curious what monitor you used?
Ответитьin the process of building my own, but in MDF, the black on the acrylic for the screen is so smart!
ОтветитьJust wonderfull 😊
ОтветитьI would love to have a carpentry to try this :(
Ответитьvery good build thanks
Ответитьlaughs in pakistani arcade culture
ОтветитьCRT please ! or at least scanline effects
ОтветитьAwesome work ❤
ОтветитьThat was cool!
Ответитьbeautiful.
ОтветитьExcellent build. Amazing work, and tons of details.
ОтветитьNice upcycle Project!
ОтветитьI built a bartop arcade cabinet a few years ago. Its certainly a great project for anyone wanting something a little challenging but not too challenging. Most of the workworking is fairly easy to do, no need for fancy joints and the kits with buttons and joysticks make the electronics not too hard even for the novice. Other than that everyone has different ideas on what to add etc. I love the keyboard idea, but i opted to put USB ports on the front of mine to attach a keyboard/mouse or attach other controllers. Hopefully people who watch the video will give it ago. You really don't need plans, just grab some butcher paper and draw up a side panel design on it cut one, then trace it to cut the other side panel. Also watch excellent videos like this one :0-)
ОтветитьThis looks amazing. I want to try and make this so bad. I love the wood pallet idea. By any chance are you able to share your plans or measurements? I like to build things, but like to follow a plan. I want to try and make it a 4 player console though. Again, well done.
ОтветитьWow
ОтветитьDude, what a great job you've done! I really enjoyed to watch the video and the whole process! Congrats on that, it looks fabulous!
ОтветитьScreen size? diagonal size? Ever used an Aussie Pallet Buster pallet stripper? An AI tool with a floating foot. Pulls nails straight.
ОтветитьI didn't know you could have 4 way and 8 way sticks.
ОтветитьThis video joins both woodworking and retro gaming hobbies of mine. Fantastic job. Love how you fabricated it all.
I built a MAME cocktail cabinet 23 years ago with the help of may father-in-law. He taught me a lot about the process.
This makes me want to build a super slim 2 player stand up cab. Electronics are so small these days that the control panel is the widest item.
this channel is so high quality. i crave more pallet videos
ОтветитьAwesome, i know what it's like as i built a Virtual Pinball Cab. Great Cab.
ОтветитьThat is brilliant!
ОтветитьGood Job!!
ОтветитьTruly amazing 👏
ОтветитьFantastic
ОтветитьIt's amazing to enjoy how you share your extraordinary knowledge and experience with us. It was an amazing video. Well done. Regards from Dubai :)

ОтветитьRough as a badger tadger but i love it!
