Humor and knowledge. The best kind of learning
Ответитьgood sir but takes time to understand this
ОтветитьLoved this lesson, Chandoo! However, I cannot figure out how to solve problem 2 on the FILTER Problems sheet. I've tried COUNTIF and COUNTIFS, but they return errors. I've read that you cannot use the MONTH function to glean the month out of the date column in the same formula with the FILTER function. Can you let me know how you resolved this, please.
ОтветитьHi Chandoo you are such a great mentor for the people who wants to learn more & more advance techniques of data analytics, I have attended so many lectures of excel, Query and Power Query but I always end up my learning with your lectures only.
I have gone through your video but i am feeling difficulty in exercise Sr. no. 2 & 5 (Completed). can you please share the formula for these exercise ?
Baba 👏
ОтветитьHey Chandoo, very useful info. I cannot find info about the dynamic sum with the #. My excel is set up in french, but I can't find info on Microsoft pages either... ! Where to look for this?
ОтветитьLord Jesus Christ loves you all <3
Thanks Chandoo!
I'm about to make some training hitlists for work using =filter!
ОтветитьThis is helpful. How about duplicate values in the source file? If there are two rows of the same info with different sales volume, how do you add up?
ОтветитьPlease address the fact that the dates and money are not returned by the filter in the appropriate format.
ОтветитьAwesome teaching. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and experience.
I am so thrilled to see and practice all these features in Excel. And I do them for sheer joy. Though I did my engg in civil, I have been interested in DA. Though I have joined - in the race a bit late, I am so grateful to utubers like you who are sharing their knowledge so freely to the world. More success and power to you... keep up the good work... 👍👍
This can be added in an interactive dashboard! Where you can see different data based on your filters!
ОтветитьThe problems that you had provided as exercises were very tricky and it really helped me to understand the filters more deeply. Thanks a lot!
ОтветитьNew to learn. Thanks for sharing with good example
ОтветитьThe # is a life saver for dynamic selection. I have struggled with this in the past. Thank you for the great video.
ОтветитьI think you are by far the best teacher I ve come accross for Excel. Thank you for all the knowledge. You are doing a great job. Keep it up.
ОтветитьDoes filter only applies in table format only or we can use it in normally range data???
ОтветитьHow don't understand when you use sales(geo)? What is it. Can you please explain
ОтветитьIsn't pivot table much easier to use and give u exactly the same results just by dragging cells instead of knowing the functions? I
ОтветитьIm so happy i came across this channel. Chandoo has me feeling unstoppable. You are the GOAT!
ОтветитьGunnar Cockshoot!!!
ОтветитьHi Chandoo... I like your video tuitorial very much... Hat would be great if you could kindly always enlarge te fonts, formula and data range...it will surely help more audiences who wish to learned directly from you...TQVM..🙏
ОтветитьHow can I use Filter in MS Excel 2019?
Thank you in advance
I purchased a course worth 600 from Udemy.
But that was Worth nothing..
And here's your free course is real worth
Thanks ❤❤❤
How to name the table (data set) as "Staff", where to assign or declare
ОтветитьOr use slicers.
ОтветитьThank you, Sir, 🙏🌺😇
ОтветитьFor me Pivot table overrides all functions, formula 😊
ОтветитьThanks for the great video. Is there a way to sort the output of the FILTER function while printing?
ОтветитьBut why write formula just go and filter
ОтветитьThanks 😊
ОтветитьHow can I contact you sir?
ОтветитьGreat video. There's missing opportunity tho. What if number of conditions is also dynamic? Example, what if instead 2 countries you wanted to check 3 or 4. I have my solution using BYROW function. Try it:)
ОтветитьSir, in the last question, I have created a separate column for average by using this formula
=SUMIF([Sales Person], [@[Sales Person]], [Amount]) / SUMIF([Sales Person], [@[Sales Person]], [Units])
and then used the filter function to print data. But is there any other method to find the average other than the pivot table?
Hi Chandoo..How can i add a table to the filtered results from filter function...it gives me spill error...can the table be dynamic ?? Because i am using drop-down lists to filter data in filter function...the rows differ depending upon the selection in drop-down list
ОтветитьDear Chandoo, humorous. useful, perfect. Thank you.
ОтветитьThanks for sharing the wonderful tricks
ОтветитьMan, i just love the way you teach excel, you should get a prize for that. Thank you!!!
ОтветитьHow to do 50% question sir...plz help
ОтветитьHonestly I filter this as on of great video🙌
ОтветитьHi Chandoo thank you for your videos which are very useful got a question using a filter formula how to get multiple values for example part number having multiple locations? Thank you Thomas
ОтветитьThanks to your video, I also find out we can use SUMPRODUCT to sum all values in case of displaying filtered data and get the sum at the same time.
ОтветитьWhat if one of the criterias was blank will it still give me the previous level filter. i.e. if I have country & Salary filter, and I selected USA & Salaries above certain amount, what if I deleted the salary restriction, will it be possible in the same formula to show the USA filtered data only?
ОтветитьBro u didn't mention how staff came whether it is the table name or what i understand
ОтветитьVery nice, but isn't it easier to just filter the table, then copy/paste what we need?
ОтветитьMy sumifs is not working after writing the same content in the video
ОтветитьHow you are memories all the strategic?? What a Brain 🧠🧠💪💪
Ответитьis there any alternative of filter in am using excel 2019 can you tell me to find the right value.
