Didn't even know there was 2012 April slander. I'm actually happy now. I may not have gotten to watch much of the show but I ALWAYS hated her so much and just couldn't figure out WHY.

While I do like 2012 TMNT, and do like 2012 April, I can for sure see how she was annoying a good bit of people, especially when it came to her dynamic with Donnie and Casey. In the earlier seasons, you can really see that it’s poorly handled in hindsight. Though I do think that her character gradually got better in season 4-6 in my personal opinion. Granted she still has her highs and lows in those seasons, but I do think that in those seasons that there were moments that showed a step in the right direction with her character.

No bc she's like "omg take me too" and then she switches up faster than a light switch like bff pick a side...

I FINALLY WATCHED THEM ALL and omg your right. I dunno if i rlly focused on april when i first saw the show tho. (I think i rememver finding her gods damned weird) . but i was more weirded out over how UTTWRLY TERRIBKE thr brothers treated Mikey.

This verison of this April could have work if the writer’s had ever talk to a real teenage girl instead of imitating from sitcom or using their personal bias from a one time interaction.

It pisses me off to no end because all it takes is too humanize her by addressing them instead of avoiding it or doing it offscreen.
