Y'know, all that's good & fine for just showing off during peacetime but when you're wet, hungry, tired, sleep-deprived, feeling unwell & constantly being shot at & on the move, then let's see if this guy can do just as well, that is, if he survives first contact with the enemy, whoever they may be!

It seem like it is Ukrainian crew and they are using it in indirect fire role, first few round where correctional and this is fire for effect.
With proliferation of drones, we use a lot of stuff for indirect fire now. Drone operators act as FO and crews use special android apps to calculate firing solution. It's not super precise but better burn through 20 rounds and destroy target without it even seeing you, than come on line of fire and risk whole mashine and crew.
