Bought mine in 2004 July but a 2005. 87K, haven't replaced anything but breaks and tires. Love this car! I highly doubt I will get 180K from it when it will be 20 next year seeing it would be 40 years old at that point. LOL

I bought a xB 2006 new, best car I have ever owned. It has 246k, I live in Minnesota and it sits on my driveway, always outside. It's the most the reliable car I have ever owned. I'm 64 and have own 16 cars in my life. I'm still driving it to work.I do all of the maintenance on it. It's easy

I had one and now I regret not keeping it..all the cars I got after that didn't function as well as this car.. meaning I had zero issues with this car

Tedward..The Manual is really fun as all the gears are linear and no big ratio gaps between them..I drive mine all the time with out using the clutch... I just time it like a trucker❤

Enjoyed the review. Did you say 14 grand new!? I was looking at a 2006 with 53k miles for 10k. I thought that was a bit steep 😆 I had a TC before and loved it. Looking for something reliable yet unique. May have just found it

I own a 2013 scion I bought last year it was a taxi and it now runs on propane and it is one of the best cars I've ever driven

Shoot this is my first car. Has currently 176,000 miles on it. Absolutely a beast with how much it’s been driven and will be driven. Love it to death.

My son bought a 06 with 230.000 miles on in and now my daughter drives it with 318.000 miles only things it needed was oil changes and air filters and headlight bulbs changed once. It’s be a heck of a good car.

xb orig owner here, 06 automatic, 160K, daily driver, and no issues. Thinking of buying another one... why not?

I bought a brand new 2006 xB at 29 years old and drove it until my daughter needed a first car in 2018. I've owned a Camaro SS, several trucks, 4Runner, and multiple Camrys, and the xB was the most fun.
It takes a big man to drive a toaster and I loved every second of it.
I can't wait until 20 years from now when I buy a mint xB on Barret Jackson for $40,000!

I've never been in a Scion xB laying room in the little – shelf on the passenger side is very reminiscent of a larger Honda Element. I think older people are drawn to these vehicles because of their large windows in roominess. I'd imagine the Scion probably has better visibility than the element since many of the element's pillars are quite thick.

My dads business uses these for delivery vehicles since the late 2000s. All of them over 300k now with one at 650k miles! I drove it the other day and it was a lil loose feeling but still ran and drove just fine. Not many ppl know the had a run of i think 2500 cars that had a few sportier specs and manual trans. The one with 650k is one of the limited run. It might be the highest mileage xB on the roads.

I got mine with 180k and it came with the Bazooka tube and a dealer installed sunroof. I have the only sunroof Xb I've ever seen!
