People seem to completely forget that the majority of Russian history is littered by dozens and dozens of different countries/empires invading their land and destroying the people and homes as they attempt to take over the ruling powers and claim that important land as their own. So even though that same land holds immensely less importance in everyones eyes, the Russian mentality hasn't adjusted to that fact! Especially Putin, who has total control over the entire country, somehow believes that the world's superpowers like the US are just waiting for the moment to attack and steal the Russian motherland. It's just ridiculous. It's not 1450. No one really wants land, which is 90% of just frozen hell

The Russians seem to have the worst luck with getting really evil rulers.

How could they not be happy? So filled with hate and evil? Idiots.
