I’ll try after my brownies are finished. When those pms hormones kick in, I want chocolate and in a cookie or brownie form. Those hormones win every time.

ОтветитьI have tried to do the keto diet several times, and could not because I felt too whacked out going off all carbs at once. However, I still want to drop some weight. So, I decided to quit sugar in all of its forms. I was eating something with sugar in it all day long; muffins, granola bars, chocolate candy, and even ice cream. I have to say that quitting sugar was very easy, and I did not feel any "addiction" or "withdrawal" in the days following my quitting of sugar. Now, I did feel a little low energy the afternoon of the second and third day. I guess my body was used to getting its energy more quickly when I was eating sugar. But still it was no real problem. So, if you are afraid to quit sugar, don't be. I think this "sugar addiction" talk is just hype. Your body will adjust. Just realize that you have to eat enough other foods to satisfy your hunger. Now that I am off sugar completely, I will start gradually eating lower on the glycemic index scale. I am making small changes one at a time to make my life more healthy.

And I have a balanced diet fruits & veggies fish & chicken & eggs
And is 5 weeks I lost 5 kilo
My cholesterol gone down from 5 to 4
And I start walking every morning 1 hour
I AM HAPPY 🤣
It also means that you should stop with sweet fruits such as dates for example. Please I want some wise advice.
ОтветитьTalking of no sugar for 15 days! hmmm I haven't taken sugar or sugar containing food in more than 10 years. However, I do take some of the sweet fruits like mango, banana, pineapple etc

ОтветитьI relapsed after 2 days of not eating sugar. I made a mistake at the supermarket and bought 3 chocolate bars at once (as i used to do). I thought, i will not gonna eat these at once, i just need to have a multiple choice:) But.. you can't just watch them lying for your eyes. Its better not to buy it at all, that you don't have it at your home! And the energy was back and the brain fog were already gone to 50 % after 2 days. Well, i did a brisk walking too..
Now im gonna eat those 3 chocolate bars and start all over again, as a real junkie 😂
oh,boy...how many times i started and ended it.

Pl adv how about having dates or prunes (dry grapes ) during breakfast .

ОтветитьI practice eating low carb so it means no sugar, like no eating rice which I grow up eating rice every day but I realize this is full of sugar and also I don’t eat pasta, bread, what I put in my cup of coffee now is heavy cream instead of milk with chia seeds with mct oil. After all I’m not addicted of sugar anymore.

ОтветитьSugar is silent killer. All the diseases are from food turns into sugar. So if people can’t control their sugar intake or addiction then they have to be ready for doctor bills if they’re lucky enough before stroke or heart attack. I seen in my parents and is terrible. Now all young people and adults have addiction. They all have insulin resistance and don’t even know it. And seriously if you don’t eat sugary foods for 5 days and then you eat fruits that is happy sugar. You don’t have to completely stop just break the sugar addiction than is easier. Doctor is telling people to break sugary addictions not to stop completely

1. is some qty. of added sugar is necessary for body?
2. is it to be done abruptly by quitting added sugar altogether or should it be done step by step (reduce consumption gradually) to avoid severe withdrawal symptoms?
3. What do you suggest to be done when the withdrawal symptoms are severe and unbearable?
4. If i do 15 days, then what precautions to be taken in future to maintain the benefits or is it a lifetime process?

I can't stop sugar, won't even try, but I'm not addicted. Getting angry is due to inferiority or superiority complex, narcissism and other psychological problems.
