ОтветитьMultivitamins are a waste of money. They contains multiple vitamins and minerals that clash with eachother and negate the effects, for example calcium and magnesium.

Im sure i take to many vitamins. I have a vitamin d deficiency so i take vitamin D but also: vitamin B complex, C, omega 3,calcium zinc. Sometimes i add apple cider vinger pills, tumeric gummies, cranberry pills.

ОтветитьHi, I have been taking PROBASE SPORTS NUTRITION COLLAGEN PEPTIDES POWDER for the last 4 months and I have never taken such a clean collagen powder before. It is non-gmo, grass-fed, hydrolyzed, and absolutely odor- and taste free. I usually don't write reviews but this product has literally made a difference.
