10 More INSANE Details In Dragon Ball Games!

Fun Fact: in DBZ Infinite World, Goku (GT) actually does have a SSj4 Gogeta fusion capsule, it's present in the game's files and, if enabled throught modifications, it can be used freely as any other, because it's fully functional. We don't know why it's disabled.
It's just one of the things we learnt about IW while working on our DBZ Budokai 4 Project.

Uhh why did we get game play of raging blast instead of either tenkaichi 2 or 3? I realize those games are the continuation on newer consoles, but they aren't technically tenkaichi games.

I actually think the Gogeta and Kid Goku thing is clever and makes alot of sense. Jid Goku and adult Vegeta could never fuse, the height difference would make the dance impossible. He'd have to transform into SS4 first, and then fuse. They could have added an option to do that I suppose, but if i remember correctly fusions can be activated from base form, so it would be alot of work just to let Kid Goku and Vegeta fuse

GT Goku cannot fuse into Gogeta for the same reason he turns adult when he turns SS4. He's based of kid Goku. Vegeta and GT Vegeta are able to as they're just reskins. Also canonically it wouldn't make sense for kid Goku to fuse with Vegeta as they are unable to unless he goes SS4

I imagine the reason Ginyu can't use super moves as the character is because he doesn't actually know their techniques or anything, similar thing happens in the anime.

Captain Ginyu’s move is not that nerfed use it when low on health it gives more bars of health but no ki blasts you can avoid death by that

I mean, not being able to use super moves is accurate. Ginyu took gokus body but could not use any of his techniques

It’s brought back in dbzfz the body switch is overpowered just landing it is hard but u can use their skills and I think HP bars stay the same

Infinite World was also weird that some newer ultimate's didnt have the counter bars on them, which meant that they couldn't be interrupted. I think that was proof the game was unfinished and even though Gohan was given a 2nd Super Kamehamha ultimate, Goku & Cell still didnt get one at all in it.

I always liked the tiny pop-culture references in BT with the dialogue like with Zangya mentioned here and Gotenks saying "Peanut butter Jelly Time!"

I actually think "Garlic Gun" is technically correct, for the Vegetable pun on Saiyans but the dub mistranslated it due to R and L being the same symbol. I think it actually should be Garlic Gun.

some of these are wrong. in budokai tenkaichi 2 you can still touch the ground and ring out.

In Raging Blast 2 you can get a ring out only if the enemy is on their last health bar.

Don’t forget that they also said kid Goku’s height was the issue in the show for fusion. Goku also fuses with vegeta in the super saiyan 4 form, which reverts him to adult height. This is the case in Z and GT and why none of the kids can fuse with the adults (using the dance of course)

Well GT goku cant use ssj4 fusion because. His Height

He can't use the fusion technique because in the anime he can't fuse if he is in his base form, he needs to tronsform into the super sayan 4, because if the two users have too differents biodies the fusion is impossible

So I think the reason gt goku didn't have the ssj4 gogeta skill was because the dance requires the fusers to be around if not the exact same height.

Dont you also only get to see trunks with his sword only if you have that z sword or whatever it was called equipped to him

so many people don't know, Captain Ginyu can steal the body of almost any character in team battle

they should/could have given every destruct move vs yamcha to have him in his pose. i know some games have done it with saibamen? but what if with the mr satan gameboy bomb?

There actually is another game that recently had Future Gohan (or at least a version of Future Gohan) having only one arm: Super Dragon Ball Heroes. However, this may be because since it doesn’t have the typical rating system for console games, due to being an arcade game, it might be allowed because of this. And as soon as I saw the start GT Goku’s Super Kamehameha, I immediately recognized it as one of my favorite moments from a Dragon Ball movie and got a big smile on my face!
