Operating instructional how to operate horizontal flow wrapping pillow sachet packaging machine

I'm working in a machine like this it has got all the mechanical parts and the sensors, but without a plc program , I managed to make a little plc program to read all the sensors and the encoder value and to cmd all the motors but I don't know how to synchronize between the film cutter and the film
and I have a vfd that runs the film cutter and I have a potentiometer to adjust the speed of the VFD and a servo motor that puls the film , and also an encoder atached to the cutter chain , and an eye color sensor.
I don't know how to synchronize between the film and the cutter, and what to do when the eye color sensor when it detects the eye mark ,
any help appreciated ,

We are using this machine for packing play dough, now we are facing two problems. .first murder start all of a sudden. ..i.e . material which is being packed cut from middle of side wise..second problem is pouch is not cutting ...machine cut pouch after packing two pouch. .please suggest. ..what settings are to be changed

i have a like of this machine that am working on for few days now, it is used to pack Bar Soap, the machine cut product instead of the mark point most of the time while running, it doesnt have unique cutting, have done all the necessary adjustment, mark sensor to confirm that is it functioning, tension of the infeed chains that i noticed was sagged, Knife cutting adjustment, base on your experience, please do you have any idea what could be the cause of this issue.
