i know no one will ever see this comment, but how can you not comment on the greek salad??? so much fresh flavor in that!!!

When you had your first shot of raki, when you first arrived in Greece, with the plate of watermelon. .
You must remember about the fish platter you had, which looked mustard by the way..

It all looks good on video however, here in North America we have so many Greek restaurants, and majority of them don't follow proper food hygiene and handling protocols, yes we have family run ones too, you see common things like kitchen not properly cleaned, not properly cleaned equipment, food left at unsafe temps, expiration, etc. and all restaurants in general of all types - how would it be any different in Europe ? Just some months ago here some of the best Greek restaurants in town got caught and paid tens of thousands of $ fines upon inspection because of improper food handling, storage, hygiene, cleanliness and rodents. I stopped eating at restaurants - it's about time people buy fresh and learn how to cook - the amount of restaurants here that get fined for violations is staggering, some of them are the ones you would least expect also.

The red fish with the whiskers is barbouni, which is red mullet. Lightly floured and fried, it is the most underated fish on earth.

Meat feast, fried fishes, calamari.. omg yum.
