Ответитьim not joking your channel can hit millions just carry on
ОтветитьAlways a good watch never fails keep up your good work Simon 👊
ОтветитьExcellent video as always. Cheers mate.
ОтветитьReally like "find your discomfort time"! Uninspired in UK I moved to Norway for the outdoors. Today I've been wild camping and fishing in the mountains with my youngest - a standard evening weekend for past 20+ years. Make your discomfort time everyday and you'll be inspired everyday 👍🏻
ОтветитьAs soon as we are to biblical End Times, WW3... We see how manipulated we were...i take this lifestyle since my 18 years old i had to do it almost Alone and some other friends... We were always connected and related to a natural life... The more people are on cities... The more they controled
ОтветитьFantastic stuff and a refreshing change. Pragmatic, practical and honest.
Ответитьok, so i have been thinking to join the army in January in the next upcoming year. do you have some beginner tips fitness routine that can help me in the military. And btw i am joining the military because i think it will be a better idea to get away from comfort, parents, and the daily job i have right now.
ОтветитьHow do you only have 10 k subs??????
ОтветитьFantastic.
ОтветитьWhere do you go camping? Where I live it is generally not allowed to do wildcamping and starting open fires.
ОтветитьGreat video. I’m in the US Army and can validate everything you’ve said 100%. Keep up the great messaging!
ОтветитьThis was a really good video. Thank you
ОтветитьThis is just a fabulous message. Thank you for inspiring, excited to get my re application in the military this October. Be well.
ОтветитьThis is a great message, seek discomfort to balance the excessive comfort of modern life 👍
Ответитьhow do I find a place to wild camp?
Ответитьew… GoreTex…
ОтветитьNice video buddy. But we have so many people in the west living in comfort zone but yet we have those people in warn torn countries, living the hard life ( not comfort zone as your saying...lol ) they are having to move over to the west for comfort zone.
I just find it an irony. Maybe sometimes people in west need to live in a village like Bangladesh or something like that. Lol.
But yeah, I understand that we have many people in the west especially in the UK who just pore lazy ....💥💥💥💪💪💪
underrated channel - your words should be carved in stone
ОтветитьCan't doing workout indoors daily and having a disciplined schedule for our time give us the same feeling of discomfort and hence overall health, discipline, clarity and productivity we seek?
Must one really have to go camping outdoors routinely?
In my own opinion, I think this is only essential for the purpose of Retreats (A mindfulness exercise), Recreation or Military training.
having fun takes away the difficulty
Ответить"comfort doesn't equal happiness"
ОтветитьGreat inspiring video !! Got the rucksack on and did a 10k weighed run with the dog feel great 🤙🏻
ОтветитьThis came at a perfect time in my life. Thank you for making this
& thank the Lord for showing me this 🙏🏽
I did a workout today of 100 pull ups 100 push ups and 100 squats, now I couldn’t do the 100 push ups without being on my knees after 40 normal push ups so my goal is by end of year to be able to do the whole workout unassisted or being on my knees for the push ups, I also wanna do a triathlon thing at the gym and push myself further this year
ОтветитьGutoain p
ОтветитьTruth.
Ответитьhow do u have a gun i thought u were british
ОтветитьI strive to be comfortably uncomfortable.
ОтветитьPowerful video.👍
Ответить"Lifespan may be up but healthspan is down." That sums up the problems a modern, convenience saturated society has created. I enjoy the topics you discus brother. Thank you for sharing. Never get too civilized.
ОтветитьI assume you took dog food, at least 😊
ОтветитьBeen trying to put this into words for the last 6 months but you absolutely hit the nail on the head. Sent this to all of my loved ones as this is a real crisis we’re facing as human beings during this time in our history. Looking forward to watching more of your content.
ОтветитьThis video is absolutely amazing. And that's because you being who you are. I really like your perspective, and there is nothing I could say against it. I'm going on the journey of self-improvement right now by myself, and even though I fail a hell of a lot of times, I can not accept to quit.
Thank you for telling us how life really works. Great work!
Starting daily ice baths really changed things like a domino effect for me
ОтветитьJust discovered your channel. Quality find!!
ОтветитьGreat video and deep inside ourselves, we all know what we need to do, but just don’t take the baby steps to initiate action. But that’s where guys like you come in to keep reminding us of what our focus should be. Thx again!
ОтветитьThank you for your material.
ОтветитьAs clishe as it is this video gave me a lot of inspiration. 'm so glad you didn't fall in to the pit of blaming people for seeking out the comfort. You explained how to get the proper balance and how that can help
Ответитьbrilliant video
ОтветитьTo be honest you can balance both comfort and uncomfort or do what your doing the best that you can and it's ok about it like you want to live tough just do physical task and you want to rest then sleep in the bed but the more you relax or the more you live discomfort then it's on you about how are you going to do for living
Ответить"our ancestors sailed miles in the whisper of modern technology" WOW! What a well-structured lecture.
I mean I love it. I learnt essence of discomfort.
Earlier on, been trying to escape working out so as to build a career, but I see it ending up in expensive medication. This videoshed some light on whats to be done first!
You said a lot of things I've been thinking about lately. The disconnect between modern life and our wiring. The exagerated meal schedule compliance. The need for exercise. These are all things we should become more aware of as a civilization.
ОтветитьI'm watching this video from my tree stand while deer hunting 😂
ОтветитьThen the question follows, why would I want to become more resilient and more robust? Will I be able to handle life better? Will I be happier? I would much appreciate anybody's input!
ОтветитьVery good thoughts! Thank you! By the way, going to the wilderness with an armory masterpiece doesn't sound like a true difficulty. Real difficulty begins once the life is in danger and that's the opposite of what evolution wanted. So...there is no real right solutions to the questions you are asking yourself, my friend.
ОтветитьAfter this video I feel like shit.
I am 26 years old, I am a middle frontend developer.
I got married this year.
I have been trying to get in shape for a very long time.
I have problems with self-esteem at work, because despite my position at work, I am a pretty weak specialist and constantly feed myself with arguments like (I already work 8 hours a day, write this damn code, this should be enough) and at the same time I am always unhappy that I play games after work and do not exercise enough. Two people have always fought inside me, one tried to prove to me that I do not need to leave my comfort zone, I can achieve everything and comprehend spiritual zen, the second screams like crazy in my head that I should really work hard every single day and maybe take a break from this someday.
After your video I really lost the power of speech and I am ashamed of who I am at the moment. I just found your channel today and I already understand how right you are, if you, from the height of your experience and honorable age, are in such physical and spiritual shape, then I too will turn off the inner whiner and infantile personality in order to become stronger every day.
Thank you, SIR. I will always leave my comfort zone from this minute!
Another great video, I read your book recommendation "The comfort Crisis" by Michael Easter before I did your Misogi last year.
I try to practice what you're saying in my daily life. I recently started a new job and I'm having to readjust my physical exercise habits. I sometimes feel guilty but I know I only need to find time to get some form physical exercise done everyday. I must try a wild camp with minimum gear soon. Please keep up your great work💯👊
