So basically a poor family wont be able ti live there. How will they get tourist from other cities or states if gas vehicles are banned? How do you move away once you move there if long hual gas powered vehicles are banned?

They are going to show us the data in easy to understand graphs, so when we get into conflict, we can have the robot police there to help everyone write down what we are having conflict over. We can all see how we aren't getting along, and vote on things that reduce conflict and once we know what the problem is, we can even have the schools teach our kids about what the things are that cause the most problems, and how to make good choices to avoid them. But the bigger part of the people can decide what is best, and not just a few people in society who don't care about others.
