Day 1: oof! The abs are on fire! Took a couple of extra breaks in between, but finished it.
Day 2: It was SOOOO much harder than yesterday. And I still pushed through it.
Day 3: Didn't want to do the workout because of sores, but surprisingly enough, I did not even take extra breaks today. It was THE BEST! I died during the other workout though lol.
Day 4: Anddd it's an active rest day today! 🙈🔥
Day 5: Today's workout was super fun and challenging! Loved it!
Day 6: Loving the series. Loving the burn.
Day 7: The burn is so good and intense. The workouts are getting a little bit easier each day.
Day 8: My abs and thighs are on fire. Both the videos of today was super fun!
Day 9: Today's workout was the hardest so far. I'm glad I pushed through it. I feel so good now.
Day 10: My core strength has SIGNIFICANTLY improved. I completed the workout without extra breaks and as perfectly and gracefully as Sophie!
Day 11: Yet another active rest day it is!
Day 12: Although I did the workout after a long day of work (usually I do it in the morning), I was able to crush it.
Day 13: Love the burn. I already feel the difference in my endurance. Consistency is the key.
Day 14: Finished the ab workout in one go. Today's video has not been uploaded yet, which is why I did another video (20 minutes cardio by Sophie) and ended the session.
Day 15: I fell sick. I'll be back once I get well.
Day 16: Still sick.
Day 17: Have a fever.
Day 18: Still sick.
Day 19: I still feel sick, so I could just give it my all. Couldn't finish the entire workout.
Day 20: I took a rest day since I'm very ill. I will make sure to finish this challenge though.
Day 21: I am finally back. Although I'm not fully strong, I am happy to have finished the workout. Used extra breaks of course.
Day 22: Slowly getting my strength back. Could finish entire workout with very few extra breaks.
Day 23: All sweaty but loving it.
Day 24: Although today is the last day to all of you following the guide religiously, I still have about a week left. But pushing through it.
Day 25: Didn't want to take a break before I finished the entire program. Done for the day.
Day 26: Struggled to finish a total of 40 min cardio and succeeded.
Day 27: Today's workout was super easy.
Day 28: Sweaty and fun. My thighs are jiggling.
Day 29: Today's exercise was pretty easy. And yaayy tomorrow is the last day of the program!
Day 30: It was challenging and fun.
I was supposed to complete the workout in 24 days, but due to my illness, I completed it in 30 days. I gotta say I'm extremely proud of myself. I feel so much stronger than I was 30 days ago, both physically and mentally.
