Mococo at least has that crease up near her armpit, so you can tell there's something that must be sticking out. My theory is that there may be compression going on, in addition to the active life oppai debuff. Mococo just seems like the type that would be running around and bouncing around, while Fuwawa has a more sedentary lifestyle that lends itself to more... softness. Ollie doesn't even have that extra crease.
