I have a better trap just Find one and lure it to a cliff it can't climb and gain trust by throwing bodies of the cliff it must smell the body before you throw it off

For stage 1 I take baby gigas. Kill the baby giga and feed the catchall.

Here’s the best way cause no one knows grab a baby rex kill it walk body to carch run when it wants to eat rex and walla after it eats it just needs to kill enough to be tamed no trap needed instant tame reguardless if official settings or boosted servers

Heads up if you get kicked off, before he hits the 100 kills, the taming efficiency will tank. I lost 30% effectiveness, tried to reset but no luck. Any ideas how to reset /start over?

Honestly this trap just doesn't work. Sure you can trap it but it won't just eat. It's rare to get it to eat and it out of pure luck. It's almost as if the metal dino doors prevent it from eating. I only get as far as sniffing.

i was just wondering is there no way to tame it by putting it to sleep with tranq shots? i did this but obviously the put food in inventory just didnt change even with all its favorites in there
