Hims & Hers CEO: We deliver health care at prices that are ‘cheaper than insurance’

We need Universal Healthcare! Not Telemedicine! We heard the same thing about "HMOs" back in the late 70's early 80's about them as well, how HMOs were going to revolutionize Healthcare, blah, blah, blah...BS! Every other 1st world industrialized country has Universal Healthcare and none of their citizens are demanding a US style healthcare system. Mmmmm, I wonder why?

I still have doubts. Much of this seems more like marketing tactics that could be beneficial in the short run but how about in the long run? How can the company continue to stay competitive once similar companies arise

HIMs/HERs for mental health can be dangerous because there is no face-to-face interaction between the patient and the healthcare provider prescribing the medication. It's important to monitor patients closely when they are starting anti-depressants/anti-anxiety medications. But of course, they only care about their bottom line.

Well, their Customer Service isn't very good. I placed
an order on February 20th. They processed my
cc payment in a timely fashion on the 22nd. But, here
it is the 27th of February, and I haven't received my order.
Their website doesn't show my order as having even been
shipped, and when I contacted Customer Service on the 25th,
they told me a story about a technical issue at a shipping facility
that had since been resolved. If that was a true story, why does
the site still show the order as having not been shipped?
