I hated the use of 3D animation but LOVED this movie. It was like a breath of fresh air to have Gohan and Piccolo be the main characters.

Personally, this is Piccolo's movie. Gohan is only here to introduce his new form, but the story is driven by Piccolo throughout the movie.

Animation art style is terrible

I didn’t like this movie at all. It was just filler and it was bad filler.

Really bad movie. I think the movies are getting worse and worse. We want dbz animation like cell and buu saga and not that new bs. We want to see blood, wounds like in dbz. Als the new stuff looks like a movie for 4 years old kids. And the story ofc is boring

Sucks that they’ve changed it to 3D. Rip 2d animation, it’s so much better.

This was a nice one. However, the animation cannot compete to the old school db and dbz. It was pure gold.

It is not bad actually it has really good animation and some people may not like it but people don’t throw up over it

Also it put a lot of hard work into the fighting scenes like Uzui vs Dakis brother forgot his name but the fight scene was amazing and not to mention the demons are actually really good fighters just the animation is good so please just stop hating on them sometimes for them doing a good job on the anime.

Wish this is in movie cinemas.

This is probably if not the best DBZ movie ive ever seen, other than Revenge of Cooler. With that epic sound track. But this storyline is perfect well done.

I watched this on my 13th birthday in August 25th 2022. It was very good. Not many animes come out at the movies, there is usually 1 every 6 months or so.
