I respect your work that's why I'm subscribed. But you have no clue what "budget" means.

What about the information about fish oil increasing risk of prostrate cancer that's what scares me killed my dad. I'm scared to take it. Can't find enough evidence to say otherwise what do you think?

The trouble with fish oil is that it is usually rancid. I take veg based essential oils.

I tried glycine, about 1000 mg for a few days. By day four i had a gout flair up out of nowhere. I haven't had a flair up in years. Glycine was the only new item added to my daily supplement intake so i looked it up and found out it is very high in oxylates, which im trying to reduce due to joint pain. I won't be able to take it unfortunately. Just a heads up for anyone else out there with sudden joint pain.

I take Omega from DNA. But the Glynac is to expensive from them. You can buy Glycine and NAC powder separate and mix together for fraction of the price. Mega dosing of Glynac also has good benefits.

While lists like this are a bit subjective and there's no shortage of other good additions, my #1 recommendation is Creatine Monohydrate to boost ATP. Although all the many fantastic studies on Creatine benefits seem to be about muscle and cognitive benefits, if you think about it - every single "living" process in our body depends on energy/ATP - literally everything. Boosting ATP with creatine arguably should improve everything (living process) that differentiates us from a rock (i.e., uses energy). On the GLYNAC - I think its important to note that the most compelling research on the benefits of boosting Glutathione with GLYNAC involved body-weight dependent doses that - for most adults - would be in the range of about 6 to 10 daily grams each of Glycine and NAC. No downside effects were observed from such dosages, while multiple benefits were noted. Most of the combination GLYNAC supplements I've seen are around 600mg total (300mg of each) per capsule. I'm sure for anyone that looks at consuming meaningful dosages of more than 2-3 grams of each daily - your budget and daily-pill count end up much better (i.e., lower) by purchasing them in separate 1gram (per capsule) dosages as opposed to a combined GLYNAC pill. I take 3 grams of each Glycine & NAC daily and my monthly expense combined (Amazon purchases, I just look for 3rd party lab testing and GMP facility) is about $15/mo.

Maybe it's odd, but I try not to take fish oil in the evening before going to bed, because I've noticed it negatively affecting my heart. So I tend to take it before I work out or when I know I'll be moving around a lot since that seems to be more optimal for my body. But I'm someone whom seems to have adverse affects from most ingested oils, doesn't matter if it's fish oil, olive oil, coconut oil, black seed oil, etc. it all seems to go to the skin and causes acne and/or arteries and I don't pack much fat on the body.

Thanks for the video, I have taken the first two for years but tried Glynac in powder form and it reduced my resting heart rate too a very low level, and because I have an athletically low heart rate to start with I stopped taking Glynac. Maybe I started on too higher dose of Acetylinecystine which is the one known to lower the resting heart rate. May after after a few months try it again but working up from a very low rate. NAC also gave me a stomach upset. Will think a lot about it before I start

I take all of these. On the advice of Dr. Gundry I have just ordered DPA which he says is 20 times as effective as DHA and EPA. I'll take all three. I also take cod liver oil. There's a warning about fish not to eat. The worst is tilapia. mackerel is another and Tuna is another.

I was taking magnesium all wrong. Now I'm taking magnesium L threonate and Magnesium Glycine, 400 mg each.

I'm Taking NAC and glycine but I think you also need glutamate to synthesize glutathione, the master antioxident.

Thank you for your posting on how to achieve the salvage pathway for NAD+ from NMN. I did exactly what you said. I've also learned that EGCG derived from green tea blocks the action of methyl gobbling NNMT which increases methylisation.

I'm taking about 100 supplements a day. At age 75 I'm going to try to live forever if it kills me. 😄

Have to agree with these 3, the only ones I ever noticed any real world results from. Omega 3's (vegan algae) got rid of some nagging inflammation I'd been suffering from for a few years in my right arm and shoulder, making it very uncomfortable when going to sleep. That was the only change I had made, after a week or so no pain, amazing.

Prior to that, I had been using ionic magnesium as I used to get serious leg cramps, which became a nightly occurrence and kept me off my work as the cramp would rip my muscle to shreds and I couldn't walk. The Doc was baffled. I began doing some research and took the magnesium, again within days, no cramps and none ever since that was years ago. I don't take as much magnesium these days, but a few drops keeps me cramp free.

NAC I began using as a liver detox, felt more energized and my skin became less wrinkled, both on my face and hands. The brown blemishes on my hands have also disappeared.(I'm in my 70's).

P.S. forgot to say, dosage is important. I took 2 omega's twice a day. With magnesium, I began with a teaspoonful 4 times per day. Now I just use around quarter of a teaspoonful twice a day. With NAC I took 1400mg twice daily.
