IKEA Hack Platform Bed DIY

Love, love, LOVE this bed but I would be afraid that it wouldn’t hold my fat ass without ripping out of the wall lol

Okay so i am obsessed with this. Im buying my own home in a year, and i wanna build this raised up another 2 feet for a king sized bed, so i can have a gaming lair underneath with my huge tv pc/xboxseries x set up.

My son is looking for exactly the same thing. We have no idea how to put this together. We’re looking for a handyman. Maybe you can give me some tips

why would it get to take 3 steps to get out of bed , where i can just do half a step and im out ,

The height of the window should be considered , attaching to the wall , it is inappropriate to breathe attacing to the wall the location of the bed
