You’ve been on the phone for 2 hours? I’ve been on the phone for 40 hours a week for 20 years!
ОтветитьThey missed one. "This job has caused me to drink more and do more dangerous drugs."
ОтветитьLol😂😂
Ответить😂not callcenters fault but the company partners they will force you to lie
Ответить"I'm saying this with confidence, but I have no idea if any of this information is true"
ОтветитьWhen transfering to a supervisor with the same information 😂😂
That is so me 😂
sorry to all annoying people who call to call centers but what is portrayed here is 100% real, we employees of call center feel that way pretty much all the time, me specially as I work with health insurance and everyday is a pain, worst or all I was transferred to that job since my old account stop operations so no It was not my choice
ОтветитьMy sentiments exactly
ОтветитьPeople are typically stupid.. If these morons were nicer they would actually get more help when calling these companies.. They are their own worst enemies and then they blame the call center employee... lol It's actually funny..
ОтветитьBeen a call center for 7 years and I am now the supervisor. I take joy in either saving the day ( more power) or being able to say no and we are done here. The yelling stops with me.
Ответить"I am saying this with confidence but i have no idea if this information is true"...i can relate
ОтветитьI totally relate to this, I don’t care about any of the stupid issues these people have… and even worse when you get entitled people…
ОтветитьCan I put you on hold while i get your service checked? (I just don't want to hear your annoying voice anymore)
ОтветитьSorry ma'am/sir, no freebies from me.
ОтветитьSorry ma'am/sir, no freebies from me.
ОтветитьI have worked in a few call centre offices before, they are not as good looking as these people
ОтветитьNow add to that the ones that don't speak English. You think users don't know that.
ОтветитьI would rather work in a mine than doing this.
ОтветитьYeah like what makes you f*cking think I give a single f*ck about your miserable life
ОтветитьI work in a call center and my mental health has rapidly deteriorated tbh
Update: I quit lol
"I'm saying this with confidence but I don't know if any of this information is true" lol😂 all the time!
ОтветитьAs someone who works in a call center, this video had me rolling on the floor with laughter
ОтветитьWorking for call centers made me realize why unions are important and wish I was part of one.
ОтветитьPerk of my job if not seeing ur face, im not sorry u feel that way, and the facebook thing Killed me😭
Ответить"You could tell me one hundred times the money taken from your account is ruining your life and you have no money left and I really dont give a shi*"
"When I say I apoligize for your incovinience I really jsut want you to go cry to someone else"
"I sound so confident so that you hang up and end up having to call another 10 times"
Yes! The pointless story part 😢 I hate stories
ОтветитьI was following until she said she was looking people up on Facebook. I don’t have time for all of that.
Ответить“Customers” “users” let’s be honest and call them by their real name “jerks”
ОтветитьWhat call center let's you have your phone?
ОтветитьIn the call center I worked in (I'll never do that again, but that's another story), when a caller asked to speak to a supervisor, we didn't transfer them to our supervisor or even to our team lead. We transferred them to the "escalation queue," which basically consisted of escalation reps. They weren't supervisors. They were just experienced reps who went through escalation training.
Ответить'Although im saying it with confidence, Ive got no idea whether that information is accurate or not' - that is the truest one
ОтветитьThe only perk of my job is not seeing your face🤣🤣🤣🤣👌
ОтветитьOne thing I never understood about rude clients is they fail to realize these agents (myself included) have almost if not all of their information. Address, social security number, bank account information, etc.
They may end up talking reckless to that one agent who doesn’t care anymore and may end up dead because they were so disrespectful to a person who could no longer take the abuse.
Omg when they call back several times just for no one to go faster gets me.
Ответить😂😂😂😂
ОтветитьMy favorite thing I can't say is "don't forget rude customer, I know where you live and am within driving distance."
Ответитьr/AgedLikeWine
Ответить"As soon as you started yelling, i zoned out" gaht damn if that aint the mf one
ОтветитьTrying to remain empathetic and not be rude to rude entitled customers requires such a level of acting they should be giving us an award
ОтветитьWhat a wonderful job to have. Sitting in a cubicle under artificial lighting on a phone taking calls from angry people. Glad I left the Corporate World a long time ago.
ОтветитьLOL!
ОтветитьThis is buzzfeed so its automatically counted as non valid
ОтветитьI am working at a bank call center such a that work is very depression. I see no humanity people talk with me very rude very aggressive peoples no humanity in this world no humanity words.
ОтветитьI swear quality assurance is the only thing stopping me from going full doom guy verbally on a regular basis.
ОтветитьThis video is fairly accurate.
Why do you think a company’s employee would behave like this?
💯
Ответитьomfg.........litteraly my soul speaking for me as a rep agent LOL
Ответить
