They do look good. I saw an earlier vid where a tremendous amount of kneading was required. Too much. But, the doughnuts looked really good. Being able to achieve that goodness without all that kneading (including 25 minutes of slamming dough onto table top) would be heaven sent.

Can we bake them ? At what temp with fan on ?
