ОтветитьThanks for the GREAT video! I'm glad that I FINALLY found a video that is just warmup, not other Tai Chi moves, plus you get right into the moves instead several minutes of talking. I'm 74 and practiced along with the video today for the first time as much as my body would allow. I believe if I practice every day, I'll only get stronger and more flexible. I followed your video by doing a Louhan Patting routine. Please continue the good work!
