As per our company norms we fixed Salary (ie) 35000/- per month and our calculation is Basic Pay is 40% from Fixed Salary , DA 30% from fixed Salary , HRA :15% from Fixed Salary, Allowance 10% From Fixed salary and TA 5% From Fixed Salary and over time calculate form Fixed salary which r we fixed for example Fixed Salary 35000 per month 30 days, per hrs rate we caculate =35000/240 hrs Rs: 145.83/- if month is 31 days 35000/248 hrs is value: 141.12/-, if its calculation method possible in Tally Pay roll system, plz reply me thanks
