360°Views & Coastal Beauty! Hiking Duder Regional Park to Whakakaiwhara Point Hidden Gem Auckland NZ

Join me and my brother as we embark on an incredible hike through Duder Regional Park, located on the stunning pōhutukawa-fringed Whakakaiwhara Peninsula. Just under an hour from Auckland CBD, this hike offers breathtaking 360° views of the surrounding hills, Hunua Ranges, and Hauraki Gulf islands. We set out early in the morning, trekking through wide, well-maintained tracks with gorgeous coastal views as the sun rose.

As we continued, we ventured through farm gates onto pristine green hills, surrounded by cattle, sheep, and their young. With the help of the AllTrails map, we made our way to the isolated Whakakaiwhara Point, where we were greeted by even more stunning vistas, and had the spot all to ourselves!
