I've never been on to bodybuilding but it's good to have some insight from them.
I usually prefer to have a agility focused and balanced body.
All of my relatives have problems with back pain and arthritis. I definitely don't want to deal with them.

Sooo many stupid people here. Just pointing on steriods. It is like flaming Chris Bumstead for not being naturall. They are pros for f’s sake. Everybody are on roids, but noone could achieve this without 1st Hard Work 2nd Eating and knowing your body 3rd Genetics and then there are PDs.
