Every video I see about making Silver Lions in the game, they never talk about strictly for Free-to-Play players as they always use premium stuff for a free game.

I just bought the KI-43-2 for -$2 dollars with a 50% discount, it has made the game way more bearable, I suck...completely, but now I might get 10K SL, which is much improved over the previous 1.5-3K SL I was getting before. I know those are garbage numbers, and ive tried to do as much research as I can to be a better player, however.. .I suck balls. oh well

If war thunder improved the gunners on bombers it would be worth not bombing from outer space

Fighter planes get an advantage over bombers because they can hit the bomber from a longer distance and with greater damage

I just bring a tier 4 prop plane in a a-10 match if you geta. Kill with the tier 4 it's 30k sl I have gotten 30k 3-5matches in a row sometimes

Its not like i cant pay 5 dollars, but i just want to finish at least 1 nation completely f2p

The issue i have is that gaijin has made literally no effort to make the controls more console friendly on the console version.

I mean how the hell am i supposed to compete against a pc player in air to air combat? The only way realistically is to get lucky with a cabin shot when their back is to me.

I mean i cant even move my camera around because unless you want to spend the next 48 hours tweaking hundreds of keybinds and settings, you are locked to the camera following the pointer with no way to free look.

Tank combat is also beyond tedious and feels increadibly unresponsive on console and yes, i have played the pc version but i do not have that luxury right now.

I just find it pretty shoddy that gaijin would release a game on console and basically say fk it to making it console friendly....... i mean they got air combat right for enlisted... so why is it so hard for them to do on war thunder? Laziness and greed, thats what. They would rather push out overpriced £62.99 dlc than pushing out some quality of life improvements gor the game.

Pretty sure someone worked out that they want over £1000 for the dlc's on xbox....

Silver lions should be removed from the game... It's just another paywall to get money of the players, it's not respectful of the player's time.

If silver lions were removed entirely, there would be exactly zero negative impact... There's already a research system to gate tiers, the SL is completely redundant and outright bs.

Yeah OR you could spend $60-$70 on a premium jet 😂. It won't be as easy because high tier BR kinda sucks if you're not used to it, and you'll die A LOT, but if you do have jet experience at higher BR (9.3 and above), you might do well. I'm slowly but surely catching my KD up to even in the F-5C now. I've already earned over 2M SL in it, and my KD is around 165:106 at last check.

For info u can get the xp 50 in the battle pass for free but you have to farm a lot of the battle pass if u want this plane

Even buying premium planes its nit a safe bet, gaijin is used to increase them in br rendering them usless, the most recent example is the BF-109 E-7 it as been increased to 3.0

when i need sl i just use a high tier premium or a really good low tier line up in ground rb. ive got a pretty fleshed out 3.7 lineup with some talismans and premiums mixed in there and it works out ok.
