But the way I got off all meds - high protein, watch portion sizes, freeze your buns or bread it reduces sugar by 60%, cook the protein well done, use Dreamfields fiber pastas, of course I have to use stevia and monk fruit sugars, don't overexercise, eat multiple times 4-6, and eat lots of blue berries, black berries and drink lemonade , not orange juice. My wife eats with and she lost 78 lbs and I lost about 60lbs but now that I have been getting a little stronger I'm putting muscle back on and the lbs are coming back because muscle is more dense. That outta help you out.

Tiff really? BLT for Andrew who's on low carb? No bread for him! Now Andrew I don't want to kill your dreams of cows mowing instead of you, but they are picky eaters and will not touch certain plants, so if you don't mow that area where they have been, you'll end up with poor pasture soon. When you get to it, watch Just a few acres farm, he explains so well how to maintain good pastures:))
