Guess the aluminum vs carbon argument doesn’t matter if SC will just replace the frame
ОтветитьLoam ranger doesn’t care about his bike drops it and runs to help his friend! Good good work.
ОтветитьI don’t need warranty...if my bike broke ill buy a new one I have lots of money sometimes I don’t know how to spend it...
ОтветитьPoop extrusion
ОтветитьMine also break ,the bar that supports bouch
ОтветитьMy cycle has got damaged by several problems like rim bents ,allingment problems ,gear shifters too because i have physic beheviour while riding cycle!!!!!!!!! I never went for warranty repairing with lot of bucks😎😎😎😎😎😎😎
ОтветитьSanta Cruz makes really poor quality bikes
ОтветитьAwesome color. Much better than before.
ОтветитьSuprising to me that that's creekside
Ответитьmag ik hem hebben
ОтветитьWhen I fall of my bike I break not my bike
ОтветитьI’ve never seen Santa Cruz and free put together 😅
ОтветитьThat’s what I love about Santa Cruz
ОтветитьHaha the thumb nail and then the really small crack
Ответитьhow long time taken for SC to replace a new frame?
ОтветитьGlad sc replaced yours . They made me pay for a new one . Said impact did it , 😤 I told them I didn't buy the bike to look at it . Haha
ОтветитьHow to get a new frame without dieing
ОтветитьMy Santa Cruz cracked with minimal impact from a small crash and they want to charge me $1800 for frame replacement. Just wanted to let you all know that it’s not free or even a “minimal charge”. Total bummer!
Ответитьcarbon lodiii
ОтветитьFrame fabrication occurs in China and Taiwan. Bicycles are assembled in Santa Cruz
ОтветитьWow. That's amazing warranty. 👏 Is your frame aluminum?
ОтветитьWhat if I bought my santacruz from someone? Will they still do the warranty?
ОтветитьMade in China?
China: yes!
Carbon fiber will break very easily. You can’t even put a kick stand on a Tallboy C R. Makes sense that the frame broke after a minor crash like that. Glad SC stands behind their product though!
Ответитьa steel frame would have put you in the hospital
ОтветитьThat’s y you don’t treat it like shit
ОтветитьI doubt you broke that with your leg alone. Carbon fiber is much tougher than you think so maybe it might have been the icing on the cake, but it probably was starting to fatigue in that area for a while. Santa Cruz is the best for customer service IMO. I've only had my Tallboy 4 for about a year and a half, and they sent me a replacement set of frame bearings without any issue. The guys in tech service were constantly in contact with me through the whole process. Just a dynamite crew and a burly and stout frame!
ОтветитьDoes the new frame also have warranty , or they will replace once ?
ОтветитьThey need that warranty...the fucking frames are made in China, this is hilarious.
ОтветитьIt's why Santa Cruz bikes cost so much , carbon frames made in Thailand or wherever don't cost 3500 to make do they , so there high prices allow them to do things like this , which of course is a nice touch .
ОтветитьMy guy, do you by chance have adamantium in your bones?!
ОтветитьI see so much broken carbon for the slightest little things.
ОтветитьGood to see them honoring a warranty but why would you want to own such a fragile bike. Maybe for competition events only
ОтветитьShould get aluminum frame carbon sucks
ОтветитьYou must of known somebody in SC because they never warranty shit they sale
ОтветитьInteresting. Jacob Giraffa said they wouldnt fix his frame because a rock pinged it and broke the frame. Which is the real story?
ОтветитьWhy am I hearing alot of Santacruz bikes being fragile?
ОтветитьFix it is to apply glue and keep going, but replace would it be a better option.
ОтветитьI bought my Santa Cruz used. Does the warranty only apply for the original owner?
ОтветитьWow garantia yeah
ОтветитьCarbon is shit....
ОтветитьCool how they only fix influencer's bikes lmao
ОтветитьWhat size bike for a 5’ 6” teen?
ОтветитьLove the new color!
ОтветитьLook at what happened to another Santa Cruz owner who had his frame crack after a rock kicked up and hit his frame. They said it's not covered as it's the equivalent of a stone hitting a car windscreen. Yet they have a video of people being unable to break one by smashing it against an anvil so that's like someone being unable to break a car windscreen with a sledgehammer and saying it's not covered by a stone strike.
ОтветитьSanta Cruz just sent me bearings, their great.
ОтветитьWhen you seen how much Santa Cruz charges for bikes they better have great service Lol
