ОтветитьRunning in balance with other exercise will see one fit into their seventies. Train with a faster runner on occasion. I enjoyed watching your progress. Good work!
ОтветитьNice bro
Ответитьaye bro you look good man. Im coming from a similar experience as you. I ran 23.93 in my first meet last year and I ended that season with a 23.44 pr. Now this season I opened up with a 23.05 and now currently my pr is 22.60 which I ran in -2.0 wind. I ran that pr last week on friday. Hoping to get down to 21 before season ends. Keep up the good work bud. hoping to see you in a meet when I come over. (Im from the Bahamas.)

ОтветитьWhat a great idea for a video. Your transformation from just a kid running to being a very tough opponent is amazing to watch. You have some tough competition it looks like. You definitely have a strong kick, and good technique. The 400 meters is calling. Keep going!!! Great job!
ОтветитьWhat grade are you in?
ОтветитьAwesome man, you want me want to go train right now, but these injuries won’t leave me alone 😢
ОтветитьGreat videos and great improvement.
I started track and field at 24 years old . Started the 200 m with a result of 26 sec to 22.10
But i focused on 400 m and 800 m races .
best times 400 m 48.24
800 m 1.51.23

Good video. This puts into perspective how the top world-class middle distance and long distance runners are practically super human.
I watched the World Indoor Track Championships a couple weeks ago and the winner of the “metric” mile (1,500 meters) ran the last 200 of the race in about 25 seconds.
Good job man, this is how I’m trying to be this year…. UNSTOPPABLE
