ОтветитьOk, Gandalfini./.;
Ответить3 "Cheers" for Ioane MAcKellan
ОтветитьSeveral Texas School Districts have banned JRR Tolken. Just saying
ОтветитьDoes the Barad-dûr tower resemble the City Hall building in Stockholm (the top light at night)?
ОтветитьThis is truly gay
ОтветитьThere is Marvel and DC and then there is a Masterpiece called Lord of the Rings Trilogy.
ОтветитьGothmog, Lord of Balrogs
ОтветитьHe slays the Balrog with Turgon's sword. Small revenge for Gondolin.
ОтветитьCan we all admit that the Balrog's growl sends chills down our spines? Cause it still does to me😨
ОтветитьBEST MOVIE EVER MADE
ОтветитьComing back to this after having recently completed the trilogy for the first time. I recall completing my home theater w/ surround sound and a close friend of ours convinced us after months of begging to watch the extended edition trilogy. Me and one other friend in this case.
No hate to anyone into this stuff but I certainly wasn’t and neither was my other friend so it was a bit ironic we were watching it and this was half an effort to please our other friend who wanted us to see it so badly😅 in spite of that in the beginning me and my bud were cracking jokes like “what are we going to go play DnD after this??
“ And stuff but slowly as the movie went on we got drawn in and quieter.
This scene I vividly recall and in retrospect was easily my favorite moment of my first viewing of the trilogy. I am a movie lover and watch many many movies but I cannot say too many have managed to give me goosebump’s but this scene did and I remember my buddy who had been goofing around with me at the beginning was at the edge of his seat leaning forward. Right as Gandalf repelled the balrogs sword and swore him back to “the shadow” as the music swelled my buddys face lit up with this expression half smiling half simply just in awe and it’s then I knew the three of us would finish the series together 😊
I always wondered if Frodo knew just how powerful Gandalf the Grey was before this. This must have been eye opening for him.
ОтветитьHe certainly got Rog-slapped
ОтветитьSo no one is gonna talk about saruman feeling sorry and in way silently grieving for gandalf
ОтветитьIs this thr shit he would sketch in a notebook while his students would drone on through another boring presentation?
ОтветитьGd these movies was so gangster
ОтветитьSwords are no more use here. Godamn chills.
ОтветитьGaldalf kicked his ass.
ОтветитьJust notice that Gandalf must of taken a little Magus multi class dip. Shocking Grasp deliver with Spell Strike.
ОтветитьBest quote “Run you fools”.
ОтветитьI still cry every time I watch these LOTR videos!
Ответить“Swords are of no more use here.”
Proceeds to stab Balrog repeatedly with a sword whilst falling.
Aragorn's "It cannot be!" Almost gets me everytime 👌🏻
Ответитьcan we all just agree that all of the balrog scenes, from the visuals to the music to the dialogue to the delivery of the dialogue are the peak of mediaveal fantasy. These are my favorite scenes of all of LOTR they never get old
ОтветитьEven this monster alone not enough to face ungoliant, need multiple of them
ОтветитьIan Mckellen is awesome.
ОтветитьThe only part of this battle I wish the movie would have shown was from the perspective of people who live nearby to the Misty Mountains. In the books it said people could see the massive storm that raged atop the mountain for days. Curtains of fire rising into the sky as massive lightning bolts rained down from the heavens. I don't care what anybody says, be damned the short comings it may have had when leaving some things out from the books. The LOTR trilogy is the best damned movie series ever made. Most especially when watching the extended version because it gives you much more that fleshes things out better.
ОтветитьIt is one of the few occasions in which Legolas has fear in his eyes.
ОтветитьHas Anyone else noticed that Gandalf's name sort of describes what he is. Gand may come from Grand. And Alf is old norse for Elf, though in Norse myth the Alf appeare more like beings or spirits made of pure light (sort of Angelic) which sounds more like what a Maiar is. Sounds a bit of a stretch maybe but i wonder if Gandalf was what the first Elves called him in Valinor as a sort of nickname rather than Orolin (if i remember right he was a sort of teacher/tutor at that time). Then when he was stripped of most of his power & knowledge to come to middle earth it stuck/its what he chose.
ОтветитьRun, my Darling arrives😂
Ответитьexcept when Gollum and Smeagol were arguing until Smeagol got reprieve
ОтветитьGracias! necesitaba ver esto ❤
ОтветитьThere is no other that could have done Gandalf - so brilliant
ОтветитьPerfect
ОтветитьLegolas probably heard night stories with balrogs, his kid used to fight these things. Ancient elfs were on another level.
ОтветитьIan is a legend !
ОтветитьThere’s just a little bit of epic happening when Gandalf raises his sword and lightning strikes it 😁
ОтветитьI thought they were underground, how did they end up on a lil tower thing on top of a mountain?
Ответить‘Swords are no more use here’ then literally went and smote it on the mountain with glamdring
ОтветитьGandalf grey vs balrog balrog its strong me gandalf deafet balrog battle fight begens.
ОтветитьLa cara de cagaso de legolas , si el elfo escapa de la pelea mejor correee
Ответить"Gotta go get my sword brb."
ОтветитьHow did either of them survive the fall?!?!?!?
ОтветитьMr Herbert and the Tree
ОтветитьEven after all these years, such a great scene. Thanks or the memories.
