Just a thought, instead of a powered lif up tv how about a powered drop-down projector screen and a short throw laser projector. Considediring the custom cabinetry, the production would be roughly the same since the laser projectors are so good you don't need a crazy expensive screen..

I spoke with an RV rep recently about how the industry is changing to reflect the economic times we are living in. They are bougie enough for the rich to afford for camping, but end up becoming year-round houses for working class people who can't afford a traditional home or even apartment. So, the residential feel is the way to go.

What a tiny house has on it is the type of construction and durability. This Rv has 1 inch walls, a tiny house can have as thick as 12 inch walls double insulated.

Yeah the placement of all the switches in the master bedroom is WEIRD. Otherwise, WOW, great place for a huge family.

Мне кажется, что после того, как поживёшь в таком автодоме, точнее кемпере-прицепе, который по сути как полноценный дом, то потом не очень то захочешь жить в более узком доме. Легче построить похожий по планировке дом, уже после того как некоторое время поживёшь в Grand Lodge. Только не хватает выдвижного балкона или террасы, ну как это есть в Country Coach Veranda 600 Magna Bath или же в Mercedes Arocs 8x8 (Mercedes RV-Armadillo Conqueror T 2023), так вообще было бы супер! И переходники с американских электрических розеток на европейские или азиатские вилки можно было бы в комоды или ящики столов закинуть. В разных странах разные электрические розетки.

There is not a lot of storage space for something that size.
As somebody who's been an RVer for many years, there is no way this thing could travel to some of the most beautiful sites in America, it's just too big. It'd be too big to go down some of our amazing roads. Even the high-end campgrounds couldn't accommodate something this big, and neither could many off-road campsites, but you probably couldn't get it there.
But it sure is pretty.

Bad Ass having the drop down bathroom and washer dryer beats the hell out of counter top washer no dryer ..was only a Springdale ..we had full size bunk beds heated floors

Love it but I would move the bedroom fireplace to either the foot of the bed or remove it altogether. Why would you put it to the side of the bed? If you're a couple, who wants to lean over their partner to see it and who wants to be blasted from one side with heat? Also, what's with the 2 axel set up on these? Why wouldn't they put it on 3? Wouldn't purchase simply for those two reasons alone.

A lot of windows and I can imagine the cold inside in winter. This is a big problem for all RVs.

Confused. The dry weight is 13.9k on dual 7k axles. You can't put anything in it and go down the road. A single well-packed suitcase will have it overweight.

This looks more like the 2023 model. The storage under the spiral staircase is on the 23'. The 23 also has a king size bed in the master. There are some differences but not many.

Some great comments about improvements that can be made. As the saying goes 2 heads are better than one. In this case lots of heads. Meaning this mobile home can only get better. I will wait and see.

Are these made with non toxic products? Ive heard that has been a problem with a lot of rvs and people developing health problems.

I had not made it to the bed the master bedroom is wrong I would not want my heater that close to my bed I do not need that many windows I do not need a fireplace in my I would like to see my bed where it's at tip out to make more room for the floor I'd rather have a dresser at the end of the bed and my closet on the other side so we can get in and out of bed no windows on the side of and my window above bed in a couple Windows above the TV area where the dresser is if I was there I'd be changing a lot do not like master bed , there's no room for the two of us for our things and are closed that to me is very important when two people are sharing the same space so I know my husband would not like to get out of bed and face the closet in that tight space he stands 6'6 .

I do not like the stairwell curved or the railings a child could fit right through them so you all need to check that out if you're going to have little one sleeping upstairs the railings are two wide a little one can go right through the railings and fall you need to check into that for the safety of anyone upstairs. Maybe we're that third the three mattress area is I would take that small area and just make it into a closet drawers on bottom. Straight out the stairs make it go straight up with that small area is might be a little easier for people to go up the stairs and look into it with the stairs can be folded away I saw it at one of the other trailers it just bringing out this year. nobody's going to be up there so it's out of the way open space. One thing I really like with that big bathroom stepping down that was cool I like that idea do your laundry , separate from the master bedroom. Where are those pictures of the kitchen looking out I think to open up into a patio and a cover over great place to entertain BBQ are sitting outside early in the morning 🌄, a nice place to be able to let your dogs out in the back area of the trailer , that way you're not using the front door with your dog , it's easier for you to check on stuff. Destiny this could be a permanent put in trailer park and live in a full-time or traveling.

Several camp sites won’t allow anything this big. We had a 40’ and had that issue a lot. Beautiful
