And of course they’ve already messed up my Mother’s Day order this year and it took 2.5 hours to get a refund 😂

They’re the worst. Avoid them at all cost. They will ruin your Mother’s Day

The ads are all over - they even paid you for the infomercial.
Must be scared people are going to save on flowers after having to pay double for food.
What is there carbon footprint?

Everyday I understand Poison Ivy more and more. Those are living, breathing plants wasted for nothing. Y'all so wasteful.

1-800 deserves major credit for being a trail blazer in e-commerce!

Never gotten a single bouquet from 1-800-flowers that looks like the photos they advertise online 😅

"It doesn't replace the 50 years of experience we have." Flowers are a commodity - no one cares where they came from as long as they look good and arrive on time. There's nothing proprietary about 1-1800-Flowers anymore.

Does this “Managing Director of D A Davidson” (who are they?) really not know what ephemeral means? Pathetic! Ephemeral means fleeting, or, to cite Merriam-Webster, 1. lasting a very short time or 2. lasting only a day. I can’t believe she said it means “that you cannot actually use it or consume it; it’s just for beauty or enjoyment.”

Well the flowers delivered are NEVER what they look like online. So I make sure to call direct shops now. I don’t trust the online services. You pay a fortune so that they can deliver s bouquet of carnations.. yeah I don’t think so.

Great everything is great but the ai for poems or whatever? really?? Not everything needs an ai, the writing in the cards of gifts shoot come from the heart, it would be better if they used questions or have you tips on what to write rather than straight up lies.
