ОтветитьGreat workout - I wonder if this woman (sorry - I don't know your name) is an instructor at Spenga? This workout is almost identical to many of the type of workouts we do in Spenga 'Rep' in Naples, Florida. Of course, every workout at Spenga is different, so it would never be identical. And yes, it challenged my 65 year old body, and I do expect to keep up with people in my Spenga class that are 40 years younger (or more) than me. Old guys need to lead by example.
