ОтветитьIf you deep fry the veggies they will releases their oil in the Moussaka until the top of the it and it will be flooded with oil .it happened to me

ОтветитьHaving worked in Chicago for many years, I had the opportunity to eat at some of the best Greek restaurants in the US. Moussaka was one of my favorites. I live near Knoxville Tennessee now, and love it here -- except for the lack of great Greek restaurants. Maybe someday, someone will open one here.
ОтветитьI have made your moussaka recipe a few times already and it's always loved by family and friends. I must admit, we prefer the fried veggies over the baked method. The baked veg in moussaka still taste good but this recipe of moussaka with fried vegetable tastes so much better. The best moussaka ever, bar none.

ОтветитьStop misleading people! Authentic moussaka NEVER has zucchini ONLY aubergines! Another matter if some use zucchini too.
