ОтветитьI just tried this workout for the first time today. I personally don’t feel good about my body. I am not overweight, but simply am way to weak compared to many people. I wanted to get stronger and better.
I thought I would try this during the new year (even tho I’m a day late lol)
Day 1: it was hard for me to complete, so I simplified a lot of her movements to make them easier for me. I’m out of breath afterwards

ОтветитьDay 1: new years resolution to workout im abt 65kgs and want to lose some fat, gain muscle and get my heart beating again. i did about half of the workout because i dont want to push my unfit body too much.
Day 2: I did todays workout at abt 2pm but at least I did it. im very much a beginner and had to take some extra breaks. My form is improving slightly:)
Day 3: showing up again, still very difficult for me mentally to keep going but damn do i feel relieved once its over!
tried doing this and only then did i realise how hard it is 😭its okay tho i got halfway through

When I did this I was sweating, It's not my first time working out though.. I've tried other workouts but they didnt work for me so i wanted to try this one and show results after 2 weeks! Since i have school and there are a lot of events in my school so i might not update but I'll try too!:)

day 1 - i am litteral dripping from sweat i could totally feel the burn glad i completed it

I was so tired I started to end the workouts before the timer ended it doesn’t hurt but I feel exhausted it’s sort of challenging but it doesn’t hurt if I keep doing this regularly I feel like I can do it better so please remind me!

Ответитьdoing this for 8 days (fall break)! I am going to do it every morning along with a flat stomach exercise by lily sabri and a thin thigh one at night. all of the notes and descriptions of the workout is based off of this one!
✅day 1: definitely was hard. i needed a couple breaks and didnt feel as accomplished afterwards as i would want to.
✅day 2: i have a field hockey tournament today but i still did it. i was a little sore but it was easier today.
day 3: so update. im no longer doing this one but going to do he flat stomach one by Lilly Sabri and im not doing a thin thigh one
