Love this. I was put on so many diets growing up. And I was active, very active. I trained horses with my dad at least twenty hours a week or more. I ride motorcycles, ran track, played basketball, volley ball, hiked, ect. Still fat. In high school the only way I lost weight was being on the lemonade diet for six months! And then it was 500 calories a day. Then I modeled, in band. But I would black out or shakes. Then after two abusive husband and three children I went in the military. Gym lifting & running was what I liked. 😱 Leg lifts 250 lbs & arms 200 lbs. I was body shamed. They always taped me in order to pass. I was fat they said until we went to the gym & I lifted like the guys (not like my son's though). When they needed help to carry Contigo boxes or carry extra M16's it was always me. I since medically retired. Gained weight. Having surgery total knee surgery. But one thing I learned you have to love yourself. I am big boned l like my son's & decided just to eat good & focus on weightlifting which I love and long walks. If I am still a plus size girl great. I am big, beautiful, & curvy. You don't like that? Well I don't like skinny girls who can't do anything, carry anything & are bitchy because they don't eat. And I particularly do not like skinny guys at all. They have no body curves, judgement & mean. The only reason they may like me is for my hard work around the house & the money I pull in. Been there done that. "Little guy syndrome". No thank you
