How to: Botania | Alfheim and TerraSteel (Minecraft 1.16.5)

Currently playing a modpack (stoneblock 1), and I need pixie dust in order to progress. So far am I not liking this mod at all (This is my firt time going into it). I've been actively working for over an hour with generating flowers trying to get just 1 full mana pool. I also lost a ton of progress because of 1 small mistake.

u sure you need full pool for gateway 🤔 cause i played on modpacks and i never filled em totally just lil bit works for me and it barely (maybe none) use the mana

Is there any way to disable passive decay? I have been searching like crazy but the config option was deleted because the mod author hates to let people have choice.
