When are you releasing the 4L bottle? Looked on the Chinese Kegland sites but couldn't find them.
ОтветитьYou have to made 20L keg like this one ❤
ОтветитьHi. What do I use for cleaning and desinfeksjon
ОтветитьGlad to have them in Canada, picked up 3 already 😊
Perfect for carbonating wine for wife.
When will the 4L be back in stock? And will it be shipping to distributors in the US?
ОтветитьIs it safe force carbonating with this PET Keg? i do shake when force carbonating...😁
ОтветитьI WAAAAAAAAAAAAANT , EXACTLE WHAT I WANTED, FINALLY! ALLELUIA!
ОтветитьHave you came up with a technique to close transfer a NEIPA? Of course close transferring a lightly hopped beer is easy but what if there’s heavy dry hops? How can I attach a separate dip tube to the tapping head?
ОтветитьWith a mini regulator, a few CO2 cartridges and a picnic tap this becomes extremely portable at a very nice price. I'd like to see a neoprene jacket designed for this, similar to the ones you have for your stainless steel mini kegs with the CO2 cartridge pockets. Looking at the dimensions this can fit into the 8-10L jacket, but this bottle is a little bit slimmer and taller than the mini kegs it was designed for. Not sure how well that would work?
ОтветитьWhen are your 4L PET kegs going to be in stock?
ОтветитьHi. Awesome product and finally got my hands on a couple. The prvs are leaking though even as low as 1 bar... Any suggestions?
ОтветитьOi nah let’s swap out that filter for a mini floating dip tube then we use it for mini batches of pressure fermented brews
ОтветитьAre the 4L versions coming back? They've been out of stock for a long time.
ОтветитьTrying to solve a leak issue with the head to bottle connection happening on two of my kegs. Trying not to screw down too tight as I heard thag can damage the thread. Would plummers tape be a dumb idea? Any help appreciated!
Ответитьgreat video - lots of information. Question on filling. I'm sure that I could fill it like I would a growler. But if I want to transfer from carbonated keg, can I close transfer into this through the liquid out/dip tube and filter? Is it best to use a spunding valve on the gas in ball lock with the same or slightly lower psi as transfer pressure? What else do I need to know about this transfer?
ОтветитьAnother great product, Kee & KegLand Team! This will come in handy when I get some brews of my own to share with friends.
ОтветитьAre these single use or can they be sanitized and reused
ОтветитьWhere the hell is my 4L variant... in all seriousness, is there and ETA at all?
ОтветитьGood idea, but why 4L and 8L when the home brew community is used to brewing for 19L kegs? Wouldn't 5 and 10L be more useful? These are the "standard" mini-keg sizes.
ОтветитьProbably a dumb question, but how much beer can you actually fit in these? how much headspace should i leave if i'm brewing in a coopers kit fermenter, bottling into this, and doing a secondary fermentation? Do i need 3 (24L) for a typical 23L brew? Thanks!
ОтветитьJust got one of these. Also great to use to wash the beer lines, etc.
ОтветитьWhen we can expekt the 4l ones ?
Ответитьcannot wait to olbrygging gets these ty kegland for inventing all these cool things for brewing
ОтветитьLooks good, now you need to bring out a cooler bag/ esky that it fits into with a half bag of ice.
ОтветитьBe great to get these in the UK
ОтветитьWhat is the recommended cleaning process for the bottle and tapping head between uses?
ОтветитьAny thoughts on what problems there may be with gravity filling the keg through the beer dispense ball lock?
ОтветитьJust got my 8L and love it. What would be cool is if there was an inner bag for the beer so I can use compressed air to push beer out.
ОтветитьCan I do forced carbonation? How many psi or bars does it support?
ОтветитьLooking forward to the 4L. This is a great idea but at 8L for my needs it’s only half as portable as a 5 gallon keg and still a lot of beer. I would love to transfer from a 5 gallon keg into a 4L or even a 2L then drop in a cooler for a day trip or camping. I’ll keep my eye on the website for the smaller version. Thanks!
ОтветитьThanks for great product. Silly question, can you still drop sugar in and let the brew bottle ferment for 6 to 8 weeks? I gather you then use a Pluto gun and gas to distribute. Thought it might need less gas with this method. Cheers
ОтветитьI believe you mention a 4L version of the keg. Any chance those will be made? I have a number of 10L stainless kegs, so for me a cheap and quality keg in the 4L / 1 Gallon range would be perfect. I know you have the 2.5L PET bottles, but this tapping system looks awesome. I really enjoy brewing 1 gallon experimental batches, and the 4L size would be great for those or for taking along beer to an event.
Ответитьdoes the yellow hand pump (you make) fit onto these? for 4L party pump style?
ОтветитьLove your innovative products. Will these be available in the US?
ОтветитьThe website says the keg is 520mm tall. How tall is it with the tapping head installed?
ОтветитьCan fit 6 of these in a series x and possibly 2 on the top shelf if good with the hosing etc. Have a few of these filled with Soda for the kids. 1 sodastream concentrate bottle fills the 8L keg or 2-2.5 bigfords eg gingerbeer. Just about to fill 2 with a pinapple mango lager. Could also do Ginger and dry, coctails, Burbon and coke. There nice and compact so can have another fridge filled with them. even thought of daisy chaining them?
ОтветитьWhat is the stretch tolerance of the PET material?
ОтветитьAvailable in the US?
ОтветитьHi guys great product, i currently have one with stout in it and 2 others waiting for a brew. Am I able to add carbonation drops to these kegs so I only need gas to dispense? Cheers.
ОтветитьIs it possible to get adapter from PCO38 neck to PCO28 ? I have counter pressure bottle filler designed for PCO 28mm head and now I cant use it with PCO 38
ОтветитьWhat will the dimensions of the 4L be? Do you anticipate doing a range of sizes/shapes? The 8L is JUST too big for my camp fridge.
If the 8L was just a bit stubbier it would be a game changer for the camp setups.
this product has another Very useful function.. which is: addition of clearance agent such as gelatine (or bentonite..etc) with zero Oxygen
it works as follows:
1- fill this thing with your clearing agent solution
2- pressurise to a pressure point that is above the pressure of your main fermintation vessel
3- connect it to main vessel then (vooosh).. all your clearing agent has gone to your main vessel Oxygen-free
Are they reusable?
ОтветитьOther people have said this, but you guys seem to be so far ahead of everyone else its quite impressive. I was saying to myself holding a Pet bottle the other day "It would be great if i could just have a bigger one of these instead of a 19l keg" and here it is a big plastic well designed Pet bottle keg...... well played kegland.... well played.
ОтветитьI think you literally read my mind, was just thinking a 6l pet bottle would be perfect for testing small batches. If you can swap out the stainless weight in the filter for a neodymium magnet, and use a soft silicone tube you could use a magnet on the outside of the bottle to set the diptube at whatever level you want. Hope to see these in the U.S soon, Im going to need a few of them.
ОтветитьWould this keg be suitable for bulk ageing things like Russian Imperial Stouts and Barleywines for 6-18 months?
If so I'd like to see you sell them with simple caps and not the tapping kit. (Or perhaps a PRV cap only)
I could see myself making many different batches and leaving them to cellar for quite some time.
Already got 2 of these on the way :)
So awsome! Cant wait for this to be available in the nordic!!
ОтветитьAmateur here. How do I fill, carbonate, pour and clean. What other equipment is required. Is there another video?
ОтветитьAny thoughts on when this would be hitting US suppliers? I'd love to pick up a couple of these!
ОтветитьDose this come in a 5ltr version?
Ответить
