ОтветитьHello, iam new to gym.. It's been only 1 week.. Basically iam a skinny guy with 180 CM in height and 70 kg in weight and iam 27 year old male. I really want to bulk up as iam a skinny guy iam so insecure. I don't know what to do...can i bulk up while going to the gym?... Or should I wait some time to build some muscles and then bulk... And also as it is my first week in gym I am not sure what to do..iam doing every set of each machinery and i think iam doing it wrong. In my gym there is no trainer and i got no one talk about it. I searched the internet and iam still confused. My only aim is to get bigger in size and to say bye to my insecure slim body with some muscles..also iam supplementing 30 grams of whey protein with 5 grams of creatine after work out. Can you suggest me a good workout plan and a diet to increase my body mass...

Ответить❤ fantastic! I like 1 or 2 corncakes (lower GI than ricecakes), with smoked salmon trimmings. The trimmings are usually cheaper than slices, too! Quick, tasty and very healthy Omega 3 EFAs. I'm going to try your ideas, Magnus, give myself more variety! 😊

ОтветитьI would add mustard to the crispbread and turkey. Low calorie and makes it less of a chore. RXbars are the best macro ratio if you need a snack on the go. 210 cal, but easy grab and go.

ОтветитьI have no clue if it’s under 100 calories, but I love cutting up a banana and putting a tiny dollop of peanut butter on top. So filling and curves my sweet tooth.
