ОтветитьAny thoughts, I hurt my back with several mishaps, a series of injujuries that I am left. with pain from my hips abdomon, ribs,? My back is so sore pain during the day with doing easy movements from swimming to not swimming light movements ,before iwas doing bit shower, but, some days fairly steady, if I can sleep tonight bed it has been so difficult to get my body to rest without pain, very difficult to sleep .Do you have a suggestions on what to do now to resr.and move in the water tomorrow.
