Ответитьits a5 wagyu and they dont even eat the green gass outside. They are probably fed corn with fluoride or pellets with seed oils like all the other normal cows.

ОтветитьI maybe the only one, but I look at 'all that marbling and I have zero desire to eat it. I prefer leaner cuts of meat. I always have. And, perhaps it's my American upbringing but I could not eat raw egg like that...'dipping sauce'....no thank you. Perhaps raw egg put in steaming hot rice. I saw a program several years ago filmed at restaurant where they were eating rare chicken....ah....NOT.

Black Wagyu are bred small, live in complete stress free, extremely clean, happy life. They are spoken to brushed daily, if not twice a day that they really really enjoy. They come to you asking for attention. They even walk the cows for daily long walks. They love to get to know strangers. They are treated with respect and love.
If I'm in the premium restaurant industry, I'll import Wagyu A5 and become a major distributor in your country via online shopping. They sell, sell and sell. If you have a customer that is trying Wagyu for the first time, it's important you also sell a grill for the table. Wagyu needs a small mesh and small charcoal chunks and cut into bite size and only cooked slightly on both sides, mostly raw. You only need sea salt. Or raw on sushi with real wasabi.
Eventually, I would learn from ranch owner and build your own Wagyu small farm that can only be served in your restaurant. you'll retire, your kids will make a nice living.

ОтветитьI know someone who claims they have these expensive black cows that were imported from Japan, and then I see this video in my recommendation and decide to watch it. Kind of makes me chuckle to think if this guy was swindled since I'm sure anyone can claim any black cow is "Omi" when they are not. 😂
I personally will try omi wagyu when I come to Japan though, I'm more of a sushi sashimi type of gal. 🤣
