hey mate, you look happy : ) Got anything for a short term like 3-6 months with ready WIFI? Thanks Verg!
Ответитьwith all the condo tours in bgc that you uploaded, i can't help but watch this vid again 🤣 just want to see if there are some similarities between the units in thailand and Philippines lol
ОтветитьAfter watching this, I realized you can do well working in the real estate market in Manila, where you just recently moved to. Seems like you'll present much better than the realtors you encountered.
ОтветитьVery nice condo. We are from Germany. We search something to rent . With this amazing interouir, can find something in Bangkok , for a price between 500 - 800 € ?
ОтветитьYour way of revealing details is great 👍
ОтветитьThis is the first video outside of the Philippines series I've watched since you left and went back to Thailand Mergim, and all I can say is I'm gonna watch more afterwards. You really do present these videos with great effort and presentation. Your channel is one of the few I enjoy watching these days. Keep it up and hope to see you and Maya back here in the Philippines 🇵🇭 Soon!
ОтветитьƤRO𝓂O𝕤ᗰ
Ответитьits so nice
ОтветитьSo how's the fire department their ? How about emergency escape?
ОтветитьI’ve lived at The Base on Sukhumvit 77. They’re really quite good. Same setup with the gym facing the pool.
ОтветитьI was supposed to make suggestions on your contents... hehehe but upon reading this you are already in the Philippines...
Interesting though...Thai condos are pretty design wise and the physical aspects of it its a bit different... mmake a condo tour in manila (BGC) And do a friendly comparison.. take good care of yourselves in the Philippines...
I just found your vlog an I will say I love how you edit and how you give such good information
Ответитьwell done
ОтветитьIs that really just $200 / month? I mean compared to the condos here in the Philippines, that would cost around $400-500 depending on where the condo is and the high end condos even cost more.
ОтветитьThank u na.. jub jub
ОтветитьSo beautiful residence 😯😲😊👍
ОтветитьThanks for the video
ОтветитьThanks 🙏🏻👍🏻🇨🇭 may I ask, is it true that when buying a condo these days they offer you a Visa for up to 20 years?
ОтветитьAnother great vlog. I know you have a doggo and after each of you condo tours, I am always wondering if the condo building is pet friendly? Could I move there with my dog? Some of the buildings I have looked up have outdoor dog areas as part of their amenities. It would be great to know if these condos are too.
Ответитьfantastic video and very nice building and condo. like many others, I also wonder if such condos in Bangkok are typically NOT for rent, and how much the rent would be? that 2-BR unit could fetch $1.3M USD (or more) here in San Francisco 😄
ОтветитьThanks for the great vlog. Beautiful building with absolutely fabulous amenities. All three units were stunning and offered really nice open views, however as you mentioned the kitchens are ill-fitted and disappointingly inefficient.
ОтветитьMan you were walking so close to the edge of the pool , one wrong step 🤣
ОтветитьI feel in pain that i am not in Thailand.
Ответитьso is this what you're buying with the durian money?
ОтветитьSo not for rent ?
ОтветитьAirBnB?
ОтветитьAnother great Condo Video. Could You maybe talk about the 1. The Taxes on units and how they are done. 2. And the HOA's or Condo Fees per Unit. And realize that it depends on several variables. But maybe You could do a Whole Video on these 2 area's with a few specific examples. You have shown many Condo's here that I would rent or Buy If I was in Thailand. I'm retired and live in Phoenix , Arizona. And maybe looking to move out of the USA. My Niece has a Cousin that went to work for a Big Gym Businessman in 2005 to open up Gym's in Bangkok - He liked so much He is still there and just visits Family and Friends back in the USA. Again Thank You for Your Very Good Video's.
