How To Make A Custom Checkout On Woocommerce Using Elementor

SInce i am new, i may have this question. Your title says create a custom checkout using elementor but i can also see that you have downloaded a plugin. Why is that? can we not customize the checkout only with elementor or elementor pro without using any plugin like flipcart or woolementor?
