Please feel free to let us know which states you would like us to cover!!
ОтветитьLet’s take about the rain and gray skies
ОтветитьIf you avoid the west side of the state you should be okay.
ОтветитьPullman - low cost of living - wrong. only 5% under the national avg. The water is awful - tastes like pesticides, costs an arm and a leg and they just started rationing yard watering in the summer. They build more and more houses every year, but they haven' solved the water issue. Our property taxes virtually doubled this year over last year. The city doesn't fix the streets even though they're getting a windfall of taxes from all of the development in the area. They tried to sleeze a biofuel plant next to a residential area, but the citizens got out the pitchforks and torches and that was averted. A liberal judge in the area let a armed robber go free to get some medical issues taken care of. She was supposed to come back in a week, but guess what...she didn't. A few years ago, they allowed a Section 8 apartment complex to come in and the crime has definitely increased. Find a different place to move to. Idaho is a good place.
Ответитьyou're absolutely delusional. prices are nowhere near that rate. you picked all the high priced housing areas in pugetopolis. nobody commutes from the eastside to seattle anymore. it's way too expensive and time consuming! this is VERY shallow! you should have mentioned spokane and vancouver. decent number of jobs with realistic cost of living. the eastside - all the places you mentioned is all m$ millionaires - and other high tech folks, driving up the cost for ease of commute and can afford it.
ОтветитьWho the hell would move to Washington State. Highly Liberal and controlled by leftist nutbags
ОтветитьYou're full of crap there's no good place in Washington to live
ОтветитьHmmmm what about port Angeles and Sequim both great towns no needles or human feces on the sidewalks!!!!!!!
ОтветитьHmmmm there's NO easy commute to Seattle have you taken to many BONG HITS 😂 unless you live in pioneer square!
ОтветитьSamamish is not spelled with an "O" SO YO MA'AMA
If you like Covenants, Made by nosy control freaks who can't get enough of shoving around somebody that has $5 less than them, Any of these towns may be your kind of place.
But if you are not swimming in money and shapiro is your brother-in-law,
THESE PLACES SUCK, AND SO DOES THE ENTIRE COUNTY! THIS (King) COUNTY IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE VISCHY CALIFORNIA ATTITUDE AND BEHAVIOR OF STATE POLITICIANS.
So if you're pro-Commie, then move to SAMOMMY!
This video is a load of bs. I live there
ОтветитьWell once again the Kitsap didn't make the cut. So what does that tell you? Move to Washington? We're slowly becoming the California of the Northwest. Our Governor couldn't even tell the apples he was giving to Eastern Washington's Apple producers were loaded with maggots.
ОтветитьCheck out Omak Washington
ОтветитьIf you don't like cold weather don't come to Washington stay in California
ОтветитьAny place close to Seattle it's not a good place to live you need to go more East get far away from the big city
ОтветитьI've lived in Washington all my life not a single one of those places on that list would be on mine
ОтветитьHis home price and rent are so off. No way the median home price in Sammamish is $609K even a year ago (2021).
ОтветитьWhy you completely blew off Spokane is beyond me ? Great place to live with a friendly "down to earth" population. The low crime rate and cost of living were major draws for me when I decided to vacate the hellhole that is the "Golden State" 35 years ago.🤮 There are plenty of things to do here year round with as many amenities as the other cities you mentioned and sometimes even more IMO. Yeah I know all about the sigma placed on people who move north from California from the natives and believe me it's a real thing. Thankfully the people were warm and welcoming and within no time I felt right at home with all that stress, anger, and anxiety which is quite prevalent in California melting away within a very short period of time. Love it here and would never consider moving back. Just my two cents.
ОтветитьIf you can afford 1600.00 a month for a 1 br in King County cmon over..
It is not cheap in Wa state any more.
Say it after me: "Sah-maam-mish"......not "saw-mom-ish"........
ОтветитьJust a side note of interest , Washington was and maybe still is a FaaaaVorite of "Serial killers" !!! In fact , Ted Bundy gained some of his fame from abducting a college girl from Sammamish state park as well as the University of Washington !!! Also Gary Ridgeway aka The Green River Killer worked as a painter for Kenworth trucks by Boeing field and live in Kent just 15 or 20 miles from Issaquah !!! And Ridgeway's killing spree went on unsolved for over 20 years and more than 50 victims !!! Just a couple of trivial facts & side notes before you go peddling Washington as a place to move to from out of state !!! 🙉🙈🙊🪓🗡⚰
Ответитьhearing him pronounce sammamish wrong so many times hurts my soul
ОтветитьNo. Don't move to Washington, you aren't needed or wanted. We have enough democrat idiots already...
ОтветитьAnd stay away from Anacortes that place already full of people
ОтветитьRedmond if you're rich !
ОтветитьMispronouncing Sa-maam-ish.
ОтветитьI was so relieved to see my town not mentioned in the video or the comments. For those living outside the state thinking of moving here...please stay away. Go to Montana or maybe Oregon, Idaho. The decent places in Washington are disappearing fast.
ОтветитьI remember when Issaquah and Redmond were a fish hatchery and a general store with a gas station. I used to live/grew up in Renton (60s and 70s) and would my dad and I would drive half way to Issaquah to a makeshift shooting range (We had to get out of the city limits). I'm sure I would not even recognize the place any more. Western WA used to be "the undiscovered country."
ОтветитьHow do you not put Tri-Cities number one? It’s literally more affordable with more high paying jobs then all those places
ОтветитьAs long as Jay Inslee is in the governors seat there is no place on Washington state that is a good place
ОтветитьCheck out Ocean Shores WA.
ОтветитьBelfair it's cheep a small little town and they are building new houses
ОтветитьI’ve been in Pullman in almost a year and there’s not much going on. It’s quiet and cheap but I got tired of that fast.
Ответить-I lived in Redmond for 2 years, next to the Sammamish River.. very peaceful... I miss the river... it was nice to live near a wide, flowing river, with plenty of greenery and wildlife... beavers, ducks, geese, herons, coyotes, etc.
ОтветитьWhen I was a kid in the 90s I lived in airhead heights.
ОтветитьYou forgot to mention Ephrata , Quincy , Moses Lake & Wenatchee You ask WHY ? ? ? ? I will tell you . That is where you can BUY roadside KALLSTROM SWEET CORN between early July and aprox end of September WE MAKE BUTTER TASTE BETTER
Ответить$1500/mo rent in Issaquah!?! Not even close! I don't know what it is there, but in Bremerton, in Kitsap county that's what it cost for a 1 bedroom apartment! And Issaquah is WAAAAY higher class than Bremerton is. I wish there was a way to stick it to these landlords... permanently!
ОтветитьHappily the area I live in wasn't mentioned. We have enough growing pains already.
ОтветитьI'd never recommend anyone to move to pullman 😂
ОтветитьI remember loving Ellensburg when I was there for college. It's small and quiet^^
ОтветитьYou left out that all the places you mentioned are either full of snowflakes or libtards. Beautiful country and places to visit.... to live, no thanks.
ОтветитьJust as a general rule, if you are from a sunny place, and are outdoorsy, you might experience severe regret for moving to WA. I tried it and it sucked. Now I just visit the family members there, and even that makes it hard coming back.
ОтветитьIdling along in Puget Sound freeway gridlock AM and PM 5 days a week for a few years will cure any notion you have of those being the "best places" to live in WA. I made it 20 years before walking away from all that and moving to the rural midwest. Outdoor life in western WA? Get in line - take a number. 30 years ago I went out at the crack of dawn to fish for steelhead on the upper Green and driving over the Flaming Geyser bridge at sun up saw 15+ fishermen already working the current, standing 20' apart or less and casting as if "syncronized fishing" were a thing. Where I moved in the rural midwest I often had the canal / river / lake all to myself. If "best places to live" includes affordability and the ability to hear yourself think and be at peace, look elsewhere than western WA. Cool little towns in eastern WA? Goldendale, Stevenson, Winthrop, Twist, Omak, Republic, Kettle Falls, Chelan. Clallam Co. is turning to crap thanks to the weekened vacationers that clog 101 from late Memorial to Labor day and all summer long. I wish someone would sink the Hood Canal bridge again.
ОтветитьAs an issaquah school district grad, I just have to throw out there, the school district is not great across the board. The city of Issaquah is also no longer averaging in the price range you mentioned that was like maybe 2016 when prices were still that lowish…I bought a house further south in Bonney Lake/Sumner for the prices mentioned here for issaquah. People are moving away from the Eastside because it’s not affordable whatsoever. Townhomes In issaquah I’ve seen go for as much as 950k depending on where they are…I grew up in issaquah, it used to be a very quaint small town in the foothills of the mountains, you could own many acres of land for under a million, and the vibe was lots of hikers and families lived there…it’s still beautiful but it’s expanding and growing fast and not what it once was…even people who have lived there their whole lives have sold their homes in favor of cities like Covington and Maple Valley…now it’s all tech people who couldn’t afford Redmond, Kirkland and Sammamish so took a 150k price cut on housing to go 15 minutes further. Redmond also has a big homeless problem these days, and they are actually turning an old hotel into a homeless living space. Redmond in my opinion is becoming a crossbreed of issaquah and Seattle combined.
ОтветитьOther then Pullman....im glad your keeping it all on the west side lol...stay there..🤣
ОтветитьLearn how to say "Sammamish" before including it in the video. It's "Maam" not "Mom".
Anyway thanks for the video. =)
100% bullshit. The schools in these places are communist indoctrination factories... wokeism is rampant. If you move here homeschool your children.
ОтветитьSeattle is dam sure not a place to live.and no where near it lol
ОтветитьI'm moving to Warden, Washington.
ОтветитьGig Harbor the best small town In the Country, love it here.
Ответить
