We don’t use heavy cream but a bit of sour cream. Always use Idaho, russet / Yukon gold are so small.

what if I don't have butter?

Do you have to use butter and milk, I don’t understand why those ingredients are in mashed potatoes. I also don’t eat butter.

ADD SALT AFTER THE WATER COMES TO A BOIL. Adding salt before the boil makes it take longer.

Barely added any salt or pepper lol😂
